Exceptional service and atmosphere. All the multi colored tequila bottles are beautifully accented by the gorgeously lit room. Truly stunning visuals. Loved the orange margarita. Smells like smoky tequila but was crisp and fresh. Cadillac margaritas very tasty, more on the light side. Flight of premium tequila was a treat! Chile relleno and squash blossom quesadillas were delectable. Very happy. Will be a repeat customer.

We had a fantastic experience with our waiter Paola. He was very attentive to our needs as well as all his other tables. He was constantly attending a party. The atmosphere was very cozy and definitely a more relaxed setting but at the same time it felt a little elevated. I think it's important to mention, the buser that was in our area (forgot his name), was just so kind and attentive as well. The restaurant is definitely a bit small and does feel crowded but that's what added a cozy feel. I do wish the menu had more variety of main course choices. But the food we did try was amazing.

Overall, the meal was delicious - especially the Sea bass tacos. Unfortunately, the cactus salad was drenched with soy sauce and inedible as it was way too salty. The crab taco was nice, a little bit on the greasy side with lovely fresh vegetables on the side. Loved the salsas that came with a complementary thick tasty chips.

We had a party of 10, we arrived a bit early to our reservation and were able to place a drink order while we waited to be seated. Our server, Carlos was very attentive and proactive with ensuring we had all that we needed. The food was incredible, we had queso fundido as an appetizer, the chile relleno, rib eye tacos, trilogia de moles, cochinita pibil, and camaron tacos - all delicious! We are repeat customers and the service and food is always superior as is the atmosphere and vast selection of tequila. Thank you for another great time!

Had a very nice meal here. Our group tried all over the menu. One person had the mole sampler which we all tried a little of - good mole's. My wife had a nice piece of salmon and I had a great seabass. Our fourth had the shrimp dish which was fantastic. They have an unbelievable tequila menu and many different options for drinks. Very nice night

We were there for a birthday celebration, two waiters were tending to us one older and one younger. The younger waiter was extremely nice and helpful but the older waiter was dismissive and almost had an arrogance to him. The food was subpar, the chicken was not seasoned, the sauce was salted too much and to top it off on one of our plates there was a hair. We at that point just wanted to leave so we paid and did so. The ambiance was awkward to say the least, the outside patio has not been cleaned, the tile was almost black the glass pane where we sat was not properly installed. Would not recommend.

We had a fun experience at El Agave. The cocktails were beautiful and delicious. I ordered the lavender one. For dinner we had mole and chile rellano. Both were unique but delicious. We were seated at a high top table on the patio and enjoyed it. Service was great. Very attentive. I would recommend this restaurant.
Very good hummus with excellent Parmesan crackers. Outstanding ceviches. Outstanding mole poblano, on very good pulled pork. Outstanding flan de cajeta. The servers were gracious, helpful, attentive. Unique, warm decor.
