Arrived this place in a rainy evening with two hungry kids waiting for my husband to pick us up. The staff were really professional and patient! She waited until my kids finally decided what to eat and drink. The new holiday cookies tasted good that my kids really enjoyed!

Partners of this cafe are soooo awesome! Especially, the purple hair partner explained the menus so kindly, the mid-length permed lovely partner gave us precious memory of San diego! So recommened!

After work I always get something. However Starbucks is known for its friendly hospitality. Usually I am greeted but the gentleman with glasses seemed to be irritated and impatient. Next time maybe he is in better spirits when it comes to costumer service.

Nice coffee store in the downtown area where there are always a lot of people around, shopping and eating, plus the cruise ship crowds. So I had to wait in line for my coffee, but I did not mind much.

Pretty poor pickup counter. If you place a mobile order, they may place they drink where you can't even see it. It will sit there while you wait. Since the pick up counter is 2ft wide, you'll struggle to get up there to ask.

These guys were great to me while attending a conference here and staying at the Hyatt. Was able to pop over quickly before conference to grab a nice beverage. Did a great job with mobile orders. Great overall facility.
