Starbucks

After work I always get something. However Starbucks is known for its friendly hospitality. Usually I am greeted but the gentleman with glasses seemed to be irritated and impatient. Next time maybe he is in better spirits when it comes to costumer service.

Pretty poor pickup counter. If you place a mobile order, they may place they drink where you can't even see it. It will sit there while you wait. Since the pick up counter is 2ft wide, you'll struggle to get up there to ask.

These guys were great to me while attending a conference here and staying at the Hyatt. Was able to pop over quickly before conference to grab a nice beverage. Did a great job with mobile orders. Great overall facility.

They only had two people working, both people were very kind even though they were stressed. They were completing other customers’ orders before ours ? (4 stars). But after 25 minutes they had my order out. ? Other than that they did great! ?

I had 2 issues with this location, first one before 2 weeks ago the Starbucks driver with a van he hit my door car and run/ the second issue the service its so

Ideal spot for a delightful morning coffee or a serene afternoon tea. However, I must mention my single-star rating due to my hygiene apprehensions at this venue and the ensuing feedback experience.My concern revolves around the practice of the individual managing beverages and snacks also handling cash transactions. It is imperative that either such individuals refrain from handling money or, if they must, they meticulously cleanse their hands afterward. I voiced my concern, only to receive resistance and explanations in response. I am optimistic that the management will address this issue proactively.
