Everything sold out on app. horrible service: when placed a pick up in store, doors where closed (9:00 pm), waited like 5m and the guys saw me there and just kept me waiting, cookie Frappuccino was too strong( too much mocha or idk), very low cookie crumbles even when ordered extra, no extra whipped cream.

I just had the worst service ! I waited for an ice coffee over 30 minutes and the personnel didn’t even acknowledge or apologize. My coffee was just sitting in there . Don’t come here !

Today I came back to the Starbucks and I haven’t been here for quite a while because they make all their drinks taste like water so I came back again today and sure enough after receiving no service at all for the first 10 minutes which allowed me to take these beautiful pictures of an empty Starbucks Yet again they gave me a water down drink cheers my coffee lovers for we need to find a new place

Slowest service ever and rude customer service... I went inside one early morning and had a custom order written down on a paper for a friend and the worker replied with attitude "Um... you could've just told it to me!!" And she walked to the back after taking my order clearly gossiping to her coworkers while eyeballing me.. Now what if I was a deaf person and they acted like that? The drive thru and inside takes ridiculously long and I tend to get watered down flavorless frappuccinos everytime I go here. I honestly recommend going to the one by Palm Promenade as this starbucks is the worst experience I've had...

Parking: It's located inside of a plaza with other shops so parking wasn't difficult.
ive waited ONE hour for coffee, and another tiem 30 mins and its always so SLOW i would love to speak to the manager if available , my family always complains

I went in the drive thru and was informed by the young man at the window that if I came back smoking a cigarette in my car I would not be served again. After 20 years of coming to this location, you have lost a customer.

AC was extremely cold, customers were complaining about temperature, obviously workers were trying to get rid of customers since it was 2 hours before closing. Very bad experience

Horrible service - they don’t take orders right - don’t have my order ready. Manager in charge Leslie refused to come out of her office to deal with complaints. Stay away from this location

The store says it closes at 10:30 and we got there at 9:50 and the doors were locked and employees were cleaning and other people were outside questioning why they were closed. No signs were up about why they were closed early they would not open the doors or explain.
