I never write Google reviews but I was compelled to write one for this Starbucks. I was visiting for a week and came to this place almost every day. I go to Starbucks in the Bay Area every day, but something was extra special about the people and service at this location. Big thank you to the warm greetings, quick service, and genuinely caring for your customers. The place was always clean and every worker I interacted with was so nice. Seriously, the best experience (consistently) I’ve had a Starbucks in a long time!

I’ve gone to this Starbucks multiple times already and typically don’t have any issues. But lately, the service hasn’t been that great, the baristas don’t make eye contact with you while you’re talking to them, they have been messing up my orders and when I try to correct them, I feel like I’ve been disregarded. I had to repeat what I wanted for my drink and still got the incorrect order. At least they didn’t give me dairy this time!

Nehyeli and Jesse were great. This was my first time here and now it won’t be my last. Super helpful and were kind even though the hours of closing were near. They welcomed and helped me out. I work late so to have this kind of service at this hour was great.
These both deserve recognition of some sort for their hard work and kindness.

This is the Starbucks I go to almost everyday and the baristas are so kind! I used to work in a coffee shop so I know how it is working in these fast-paced, high-stress environments. Today they were slammed and they accidentally forgot my cold foam (as humans make mistakes). I normally hate being this person but I was craving the cold foam today, and the woman who served me was so sweet about adding It despite how busy they were. 100/10 service

I go to the Starbucks everyday. On one occasion the supervisor was helping me, he took my order and then I bought a drink for someone I just met at my Dr office. Unfortunately the person tried to steal a protein bar. The shift supervisor saw this and politely asked if he was going to pay for it or if I was. I was really impressed with the way he handled things. Short brown hair tan skin and I believe his name started with a G. I thought you handled the situation perfectly and you haven't been in retail for over 25 years if I were his supervisor I would have been very proud. He made search romaine courteous and kind but also not allowing someone to walk out with products they did not pay for he didn't even insinuate he was trying to steal the item. If corporate is reading this this man deserves a raise or at least recognition that he knows how to do his job effectively and efficiently without being offensive but helping Starbucks not have as much LP issues.

They misspelled my name. They got the product wrong and I have to pay again. They got something I wouldn't eat so I could order it from scratch. So they don't listen carefully and they don't care. I left without buying the product because I already paid, the service is really worthless.

This happened around 4PM on Monday.
This is usually my go-to spot for studying and getting work done, and I’ve always had positive experiences until today. The atmosphere is generally great, and the customer service is typically top-notch. However, today, I was treated poorly by one particular cashier.
Earlier in the day, I had ordered food and was working on my laptop. At one point, I asked the cashier for a water cup. Instead of simply providing one, he insisted on charging me for it and questioned whether I planned on purchasing anything else. When I explained that I had already made a purchase and offered to show him my receipt, he reluctantly agreed to get the water for me.
I waited for over five minutes, even though the store was empty and I could see him standing around doing nothing. Unfortunately, I never received the water cup, and the service was extremely disappointing.
I’ve always enjoyed coming here, but today’s experience left me frustrated and disappointed.

I always go through the drive-thru here but they know which drink to make for me as soon as they hear my voice and they are very friendly. I've been going to this location for about 5 years now and I really like them a lot! ☺️😀
Yeah, I don’t know what happened. They usually have really good customer service, tonight I came around 4 PM (sunday) and had a really weird encounter with the barista in the drive-through. She was not friendly at all, and was very rude the way she spoke to me. She didn’t even wait for me to drive off before she started talking about my child in the backseat she was very rude and has clearly Never completed any kind of training on customer service. She also skipped the tip screen when she charged me, I wouldn’t have tipped her anyway, but it’s unfair to everyone else working there to do that because they share tips.
