More than a Starbucks. Gratitude. I will express my input in gratitude. To the everyday quality, excellence, and care served by remarkable, great people.

Not much control on who and what comes inside the restaurant, it's a little nerve-racking to see, especially around children.

There are a lot of homeless that walk in. It doesn't feel like a safe environment, especially for children.

I ordered a frozen mango lemonade and the beverage was trash. It was literally just lemonade. It looked like it was sitting there. Looked nothing near to the menu item. The top was all foamy. I ended up throwing it away.

This has become a homeless shelter in the morning. Limited seating for paying guests. Seven out of eight tables were occupied by homeless.

I went through the drive thru and ordered a Venti Iced Upside down Caramel Macchiato with extra drizzle and the young lady in the drive through was so nice, friendly, asked if I wanted anything to eat which I did I got the tomatoe mozzarella also. When I got to the window turned out her name was Nye and she had a beautiful smile. She was courteous and respectable and asked me how my day was. we had a small chit chat and she gave me my drink and my food. And I was on my way. I will return to this locations. Thanks Nye

One of the few Starbucks in the area with a spacious indoor area to study/work and chill! Comfy seats. Plus a drive thru. In the age of disappearing Starbucks seating and even bathrooms, this is a winner.

Letting people sleep in your store really looks bad.The manager has the right to tell people that can not sleep in their store.Same people every time I pay good money to enjoy in side your store. Why???

The person at the drive through was really rude and condescending. Why work in customer service if you don’t like people? No one needs your bad attitude. Please fire this person

The water was terrible. The lady that took our order was okay. Don’t think she really wanted to help us. Never going back to that location. The drinks were awful. Our server was on her phone. Guess, we interrupted her or something.

Food kind of dry.....like old....not the bread though. Excellent service most of times. The atmosphere is really nice and quiet ...the only issue here is that many homeless at times get in here like if they own it or something. They hug some of the comfy chairs and bench. Also they always make a mess in the bathroom.Other than that this is a Kool location

Come here daily for a chocolate cream cold brew. They used to make it right, but not anymore. Every time I ask them to make it again, it turns out the same. I'm not sure why the cold cream is so hard to make, but I literally showed the barista a photo of what it looks like when it's made correctly by the barista that knows me by my 1st name. So this morning was no different, I spend like $150 a month on coffee here, so I expect my drink to be correct. Today was the worst it's been, and I will show you photos of what it's supposed to look like vs. what it looked like this morning. When I'm telling the guy, he's just staring at me with a blank stare. Offered to make it a third time, but why?! You can't make it, right?!

Worst. Socal Sbux sucks but this one takes the cake. I came in and ordered 16+ in coffee plus food and was in a bit of a panic for work I had to get done (I'm a financial planner). I was plugged in to the outlet at my seat and had a very important trade teed up...but right before I hit the button to transmit the trade my laptop went dead. It was a 10k plus issue...maybe more by tomorrow. You Kali peeps vote for things that don't allow you to operate a business...fine...sink your own ship. But, damnit, mark the freaking outlet dead if it's dead. You suck.
