Not sure why they don’t give water. In order to get that you need to make a purchase, not sure if this is violating Starbucks policy.

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this Starbucks location. On a hot and sunny day, I was walking my dogs who were visibly overheated and dehydrated. Concerned for their well-being, I walked into this store and politely asked for a cup of water for them.

To my shock, the employee told me that they do not give out water unless I make a purchase. I explained that my dogs were in distress from the heat and simply needed water — a basic necessity. Despite this, the employee refused and showed no compassion or concern.

This isn’t just bad customer service — it’s inhumane. Denying water to any living being, especially in such conditions, is deeply disappointing. Starbucks brands itself as a community-oriented company, but this experience showed the opposite.

I urge others to think twice before supporting a location that prioritizes money over basic decency. Please do better.

Just a minute ago, some stupid cashier boy thought he could make his own policy to say that you have to purchase something to get a cup of water.

My daughter and I ordered drinks from here Saturday afternoon and it was quite literally the worst drinks we’ve had. I ordered a shaken iced tea and I saw the employee just pour the water, then tea and then ice into the cup. I asked for it to be shaken and they annoyingly said “okay”. My daughter order a chocolate chip Frappuccino, the same employee dumped a large amount of chocolate chips into the blender and didn’t seem to know how any of the measurements worked. My daughter could not drink the Frappuccino at all, it was absolutely too sweet. I highly recommend this employees be taught the recipes. On the bright side, my father order a hot white mocha, a different employee made that beverage and he said it tasted great.

Starbucks, Westfield UTC. Date of service around 5:30 pm on 03/09/2024. Please train your employees on the drink recipes. I ordered chai tea latte but got coffee latte instead. Asked for the replacement and got coffee latte again. They tried to convince me that this is a chai latte but very strong. But it was a coffee, guys! I am sorry, it was a coffee! Then they figured out it shouldn’t be a tea drink and give me a fruit tea. Just wonderful! I had no problem ordering chai tea latte from this place a few months ago or from other Starbucks spots. Please educate your baristas!

This is the 3rd Time they messed up my coffee and the barista people were giving me attitude when I ask for my drinks remade. I hope the future customer won’t be able to experience any of this situation anymore.

Be careful when ordering from this location. The baristas may lack training to spot damaged cups that can lead to you unexpectedly wearing your drink as you reach for your cup and it collapses...

I experienced the most obvious microaggression I've ever experienced from the barista behind the cash register yesterday. Before I even got my card out to buy my drink, the cashier said, "As soon as your card clears, I'll be happy to start your order over here." He did not say this to anyone else in line, and it was not lost on me that I was the only one in the shop that looked like me. I'm not sure if that was supposed to be classism or racism but I didn't order it, and it tasted very bad with my coffee.
