The staff that worked in the morning today really went the extra mile with my cranberry bliss bar delivery, I'm extremely appreciative 💛 thank you so much. I won't forget the kindness, amazing people working there

What a great place this is! 2 of my friends and I went in for a couple of teas. Ryan and Jung served us and we had our drinks and left. I got home and thought I lost my phone so I called them and I talked to Ryan and asked if if he would check across the way because we had just eaten at Natsumi Seafood Buffet prior to going to their Starbucks and omg how sweet was he. Ryan checked at Natsuma and along with Jung they searched for my phone,it wasnt there I found it in my kitchen. One of my friends had also left her purse and phone there and even though they were closed,they took the extra time to help us out! My friend has her purse and phone now! So all in all,great service and amazingly wonderful employees! Ryan and Jung ( not sure how to spell his name,perhaps Young. )But either way these 2 guys are getting our business again and we will be leaving them a really nice tip to show our appreciation for their kindness! Thank you!!!

10 mins for a bagel toasted with no line is nuts

I’ve been going to this facility for over two years now and not once never had I had a problem with anybody or have my food/drinks made incorrectly, but today very rude. I had a massive order that was over $50 and one of the drinks was made wrong and it’s rare for them to mess up a drink. Once I realize the drink wasn’t correct I tried to get a hold of Max who always makes my drink to let him know this is made wrong The assistant store manager had picked up the phone and I asked her if I can speak to Max. She said I can’t aloud that. And I told what happen. She then goes to tell me to bring it in and she’ll need to verify my receipt. Which is fine that’s cool. But once I get there, she’s at the window said I need to not cuss in the intercom. I didn’t cuss. And for her to say I did, is very disrespectful. Yet she was Telling me to respect everyone when I wasn’t even cussing . I would never go back to this facility ever again and the assistant store manager, the little redhead, she needs to not let the tile of her job get to her head! The only best employee that works there is max! He’s the real vip! It’s sad, cause I would go in there everyday with no problem. Always say good morning to everyone. That assistant store manager just lost a customer that spent a lot of money at that location.

Hours explicitly state that they are open at 04:30 AM and was not open until 06:00 AM. Someone needs to fire that supervisor. This is unsat.

This is a great Starbucks to stop by. It has been here for a long time but always seems to be renovated and clean inside. It's somewhat small compared to other Starbucks, but there is a decent amount of seating inside and some outdoor seating in front and on the side of the building.The drive-through is the way to go! This Starbucks also has restrooms for customers. Staff was super friendly.It can be hard to find parking around this lot. Easy mid day, but if it's busy at the nearby restaurants, you may have to park on the nearby side street or around back of the buildings in the same lot.

Vegetarian options: Starbucks has a decent food selection and snacks if you are vegetarian

Parking: The parking here is really tight. There is parking near by, but it's a bit of a walk.

Kid-friendliness: Plenty of small things for kids to eat and drink.

Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible parking near by, somewhat limited.

I visit this Starbucks almost everyday. The food and beverages are exactly what you would expect at Starbucks. But there have been lots of times I've gone in and waited incredibly long for my drink and/or food. Many times I've been ignored while waiting for a straw or fork.... and then once I get someone's attention I get attitude from them. FYI, it's not the patrons fault that you keep all the supplies behind the counter.

Great Starbucks. Very nice to sit outside, work and enjoy the beautiful San Diego weather. Definitely recommend to stop by here for a coffee

I don't know what it is about Starbucks now but they seem very minimalized. like you're at a airport cafeteria. It is what it is.
