I had a venti chi i asked for light ice and I got more than half the cup full of ice. It felt on purpose or careless. I got ice with a splash of chi.

Ice machine working no doubt. If you ask for a drick with no ice expect half of a cup to be filled up.
FYI: do not ask for hot water only. Even if you purchase something. You’ll be denied. Policy change?

I ordered a grande caramel machiatto, but it wasn't good. It tastes bland.
Says they close at 6:30 and I arrived at 6:06 and they were already closed.

I walked a ways to get here before it closed and the doors were locked even though it said opened until 6:30pm. I knocked and both the girls on counter ignored me. Very unprofessional and I will not make this mistake of returning!!
