I walked a ways to get here before it closed and the doors were locked even though it said opened until 6:30pm. I knocked and both the girls on counter ignored me. Very unprofessional and I will not make this mistake of returning!!

I am Trucker, I parked my truck on the side of the road to grab my Sweet lovely Chai Tea Latte, but the lady at the window refused it to me, I was So pissed as I really needed it for my day. Please Change your policy!! We are truckers, we work hard and saying NO to me was a kind of disrespect to me and my work.
I would really appreciate if there is some alternative to the walk by's...
We are not homeless or petty thieves, We earn our livelihood and should be respected and rewarded.
I eventually asked a drive thru car guy to get me a coffee( Thanks to him). That's why the 5 stars to the food and poor service/ atmosphere.
Cashier with a mustache this morning didn't pay attention to our order this morning, messed up the food and drink sizes.

The bathroom was filthy dirty with paper and toilet paper all over the floor. The staff was extremely rude to me and my client, and did not want to clean the bathroom nor restock on tissue. I recommend going to a local family owned cafe.

I truly hate coming to this Starbucks. I solely come here because it is convenient to my work location. They are the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. They don’t have easy access to mobile orders therefore you have to rely on them to EVENTUALLY walk over to you and ask what your name is for your mobile order. But trust me they take forever to do that. They also have made my drink wrong twice.
