Mobile order - had paid and placed an order on app already . Was waiting for more than 15 mins. When asked about the order now they said they ran out of the item. Means they gave it away to someone as it I had already paid for item. Atleast tell the customer instead of customer having to wait and ask

Love starbucks, been to different locations and always get good customer service. But in this store, not so great at all. No greetings when I open the door. Waited for few minutes to be helped in the register. Not welcoming. Order taker and drink preparer not so friendly, very poor experience in this visit.

I’ve always had positive experiences at this Starbucks, but during my last visit I was really let down. The cashier spoke to me in a rude and dismissive manner, which made the visit uncomfortable. I truly value good customer service, and this experience did not reflect the friendly environment I normally associate with Starbucks

I usually enjoy visiting this Starbucks, but my recent experience was disappointing. The cashier who helped me was very rude and dismissive, which made the interaction unpleasant. I was specific about my order and he said I did not tell him how I wanted my drink, which is not true. Good customer service makes such a big difference, and unfortunately, this time it fell short of the welcoming atmosphere I’ve come to expect from Starbucks.

I ordered three large drinks with a sandwich and they charged me $27 and two days before that I bought the same thing in small drinks and they charged me $25. I don't find any logic in this purchase. Another thing is that today they made a mistake with the sandwich and they served me reluctantly. Also, I ordered my drink with chocolate and they didn't put it in yesterday or today. I'm upset because I gave my order correctly and they didn't put it in correctly.
I am a frequent customer but the truth is I can't continue buying from that place anymore.

The recent reopening of this establishment has left much to be desired. Once a favored drive-thru spot of mine, the change in staff has significantly impacted the quality of service. It is disappointing to visit a high-end coffee shop and receive subpar drinks. Consistency is key in the business world, and unfortunately, this place has failed to deliver. My recent attempt to give it another chance only resulted in the same disappointing experience. It is crucial for the baristas to be properly trained in crafting quality beverages, rather than serving cheap alternatives found at gas stations.

Whoever decided to remodel it into a pick-n-go coffee stop with four tiny tables is ruining Starbucks experience for the whole neighborhood.

One of the servers was kind of surly, disrespectful. They're very busy with drive-thru and mobile app orders it almost seems they resent walk-ins.

Biggest complaint is the have four tables, and half are occupied literally all day by the homeless. Without getting accused of hate (I bought coffee for them so they didn't feel self-concious about sitting without buying), it's unsanitary and not the environment any customer cares for. And as a result, the bathroom was kind of repulsive.

Bottom line, I don't trust this location to be sanitary, either inside or through the drive-thru.
