Absolutely the worst Starbucks I have been too! They are the slowest, rudest, most disrespectful Starbucks I have been to. Don't expect your drink to come out right, and wait in the drive thru for 15 minutes just to have to walk back in to have your drink corrected. Honestly stay away from any of the Starbucks in Mira Mesa, they aren't much better, but I guess improvement is improvement

Tonight I went and although I was the only person inside who ordered, it took ten minutes from when I paid to receive my drink. (I had checked the time.) That is super bad!However, everytime I go through the drive Thur is is quick, even with a long line. In addition, they are the only.place with wifi that is comfortable and clean open until 10 on a week night. I appreciate that.

I can't give a five star review. I was recently there early in the morning, placed an order on the app, app said they were out of stock of their new Oleato coffee, when I asked about it I was told they had it turned off on the app. It's been a week and it still says the same. They are making me drive further then what I need to if they actually have it in stock. How is this good customer service???

My mom once told me that if a Starbucks location makes a version of a drink bad, they're always going to make it bad. That was true for this location, unfortunately. I've had the salted caramel cold brew several times here, there's probably half an inch of cold brew for a venti (less than other locations usually give). The foam doesn't take like salted caramel like other locations :( I ordered through the app & it was ready in the promised time. Didn't interact w/ staff other than to ask for a straw. Interior was fine, seemed clean.

I’m a regular customer and frequently walk in and order my drink instead of preordering. I enjoy talking with the baristas. It’s a nice third space for when you need to take a break from working at home.

We came in bought a coffee sat down listened to good music. My friends coffee was good but my coffee was to strong I went up 2 times got 2°/• milk in the cup of coffee with 2 fake sugers. The workers did help us quickly. The bathroom was a little dirty needs to be cleaned more than 1 time a day.Dietary restrictions: You can get just coffee with pastry or one of the sandwiches. You can also buy other food things.Parking: There is disabled parking for people in wheelchars.Kid-friendliness: They have packs that have veggies and crackers. They also have fruits and peanut butter sandwich.
I went in during Red Cup day. The staff did a fantastic job in how they handled the orders. All were friendly and kept customers informed. I tipped them well because I know this is a busy day for them.

Yup I normally get my coffe before work at night, on Wed Nov 15 I got stuck in the drive through, I got there at 9:32 pm I had to work at 9:45 well service was so slow that I got out of the drive through at 10:08 pm!! Worst place...
