Listed opening time of 9am. It’s now 9:30a and there’s only one employee behind locked doors making mobile orders. I ordered a tall hot latte and received a cup half filled. My wife ordered food through the app as instructed but they didn’t have it in stock and asked her to order something else. Somehow out of napkins too??

The people who work here could at least pretend to care. Jesus Christ. I try my best to refrain from leaving negative reviews, but I’ve never seen such blatantly disrespectful baristas in my life. They never greet back when you say hello and on multiple occasions when asking for things on the menu, it’s like they’re excited to tell me they can’t give it to me for whatever the reason may be. Not even the decency to offer substitutions or ANYTHING! I understand being worn out or tired on a shift, and I don’t always expect things to be in stock/available, but the rude attitudes these people have is uncalled for.

Just left the store so disappointed. Made the mistake of ordering a dragon drink (which has almond milk and is creamy) instead of just the dragon fruit refresher. As the girl is mid way making it, I tell her “hey I’m so sorry I didn’t mean to get the creamy drink, I just wanted a refresher, I apologize) and she says “YOU ORDERED the dragon drink” and I again said “I’m so sorry I didn’t want that” and she says “OH so you want me to remake 1 drink!!?” and I said “no both I’m so sorry” and she said “BOTH of them?!?”. She was so unprofessional and rude and proceeded to tell me she could not do that. I have never had such a rude and unprofessional person speak like that. Definitely will be calling her manager tomorrow morning to explain how rude of an interaction and unprofessional she was in front of other customers as well.

Got a Trenta White Chocolate Macadamia Cream Cold Brew. It was initially ok, but had a strong fake macadamia chemical aftertaste. We won't order it again, and will just stick to our favorite Mocha Frappaccino.

The workers are trying their best with the little they have. Order a matcha latte and paid. A little after the worker says they do not have matcha, alright a latte with cold foam then. A little after that, they say the cold foam machine is not working, alright then surprise me. Was i surprised by not a good drink. The staff is trying their best, 2 of them scrambling around, this seems more like a store issue needing to help their employees.

I’m not expecting guest service at a mall starbucks but the register employee was so rude that it didn’t even live up to a standard decent experience. She was wearing earbuds and we felt like we were annoying her, so she tried her best to let us know by the way she handled the transaction, and the weirdest attitude handing the food order too

We ordered on app and it showed ready to pick up. However, it was not ready to pick up. We have to wait another 10 mins for no reason. Idk why it is so hard to be honest.

The store was clean and busy but still the baristas made sure I was welcome. Service was fast, efficient, and done with a smile. Highly recommended for a cup 'o coffee and a quick snack!

I love Starbucks coffees. but that place is too small and very disorganized. When we were waiting for my coffee, I waited for a long time, they left your coffee on the table and you were waiting and the drink was already ready, they did not organize themselves when delivering
