A young Mulatto male gave me the WORST cup of coffee I have ever had!!..I routinely avoid getting coffee here, because the servers are always mean spirited, arrogant and prejudiced. They think that anyone that is poorly dressed is homeless or a vagrant. I am NOT a variant I am employed!.. and even if a homeless person wanted to buy coffee they should be treated with the respect due to any customer.I ordered a Venti Coffee and this Mulatto type dude that served me gave me cold, old, burned Coffee, plus he did not even ask if I wanted cream or sugar and when I asked for the creamer he didn't even let me pour the cream on my coffee myself, as if I was going to run away with the whole carton of cream or something.This kid was really insulting, his demeanor was off putting from the very start, very unfriendly.He is about 24 years of age.I did not make a big deal about it at the moment because I did not want to have a confrontation and I needed to get to my Job, but I was quite upset.Starbucks, PLEASE do something about the service at this location. It's just very LOW QUALITY.Never buying coffee at this location again!!

If I could give zero stars, I would! This Starbucks has some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I was the only person in line, being ignored by two very unhappy employees, I decided to set a timer on my phone to see how long it would take before I was acknowledged, which ended up being 6 minutes. I have a lot of patience and I really wanted to see how long this would take. I placed an order for a piece of lemon loaf, told the barista I was redeeming stars, she scanned my phone, took the printed receipt, crumpled it and threw it away. That tidbit is important because as I was shopping in the store, I checked my app only to discover that she charged me for an item that was 150 stars, not the 50 listed for my item. I returned to the counter, reviewed the transaction with the employee and asked for a refund of the overcharged stars deducted from my account; she refused to credit the stars back to the account. I asked her why she threw my receipt away rather than give it to me, she turned her back and started filling a machine with beans. I'm sure somebody really enjoyed the breakfast sandwich or drink she deducted from my stars rewards, it certainly wasn't me. Lesson learned, always get a receipt. I will be following up with Starbucks corporate offices.

Old man named Mark at the register was extremely rude. I asked for a little honey to be added to my drink and he said I’d have to be charged for it. Of course I asked how much he said we have no way to charge for that. Excuse me?? How does that even make any sense

A decent spot to grab something to eat and a drink when you are about to drain your savings at target. I came first thing in the morning and ran into the same problem every Starbucks in targets seem to have... not enough staff. The line had about 6 people ahead of me in it and only one person working the stand. She was frantic and a bit crazy. That's not really fair to her to have to do everything. I got there about 30 minutes after opening and I'm sure she was like that since opening and would continue to be that way until someone else came on shift. It's great to be busy and steady but not frantic. I just got cake pops for my little dudes and a sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich for myself. It was quick for her to pop into the toaster and move on. I can't imagine if someone gave her a complicated order. Overall, my trip was fine as I could manage the wait to order but they need another staff person for the mornings!

We stopped in to try the cinnamon dolce latte and oh my goodness!!! We got 1 hot and 1 iced. Both were very good. Was really surprised that it was sooo good made with almond milk and only 9 grams of sugar and whether hot or cold. Customer service here was Great!!! We were serviced very quickly! Will definitely return on next CA visit and would definitely recommend. You will not be disappointed. Very clean Starbucks!

My wife and I just went inside and carried out 2 drinks. 1st, part of the reason we went in was to go to the restroom. However, they did not have one. I thought all places that sold food (not just drinks) were required to have one. However, after asking, they did not.2nd, they got my wife's order wrong. She asked for a Venti, but got a grande. They only charged for a grande, so we left okay with that. However, she asked for a vanilla latte (which we did pay for), and it was not. We did not find that out until we had already left.Very disappointing facilities and service.

I just saw someone said this place does not exist, it actually does. It's located inside the Target. Hope that helps. The refreshers are great and can be a little busy at times. To be expected though. There is a seating area near the Starbucks which is nice.
