I have been on vacation in San Diego. My husband and I loved this starbucks. The staff catered to how we like our latte. Asa and Jem took care of us. They were very welcoming! The lobby is spacious and the The sliding wooden door to your pantry were well crafted.

I frequently go to this Starbucks location, whether I sit inside or go through the drive thru. On several occasions I’ve placed mobile orders as my order is complicated / customized and I want to ensure I’m placing the order correctly. Multiple times now as I arrive to the speaker, I have received condescending remarks from a worker, Keira. When I arrive I am just letting them know I am there, in no way am I expecting it to be ready or rushing them. Today they had us pull around again to assist other cars behind us, which was understandable and more than okay! But with Keira’s attitude and remarks it makes this location much less pleasant and I’d rather drive elsewhere.

Very friendly workers. I’ve seen many rude customers come by here when I’m studying and they handle them very well. I’m glad their bathrooms are for customers only because theres many establishments that have easy accessible bathrooms have nasty bathrooms and their bathrooms are always clean.

This store is unique, the cafe is beautiful, with nice decorative touches, staff and management are kind and helpful. Definitely embodies “back to Starbucks” I hope to see more cafes like this one!

Very busy here! Also super cold so if you plan on sitting for a bit you might want a sweater. Our iced cold brew drinks and hot coffee were to our satisfaction. Small shared parking lot so can be a bit frenzied.
Wish we knew the drive thru was broken before wasting gas to come all the way

It’s so sad to see this place is so so racist I have came a couple of times and sometimes the lobby is closed and I can’t get my drink in the drive threw and the other day there was this old lady wanting a drink they told here no she can’t get a drink because she physically has to be inside a car so I bought it for here as I was in my car and today 8/19/25 you can clearly see this lady order here drink in a drive threw in NO NO car unless it’s an imaginary car lol 😂 they can see and I don’t but this is so so wrong and so racist if you’re black or Mexican you can’t do this so sad
