It’s so sad to see this place is so so racist I have came a couple of times and sometimes the lobby is closed and I can’t get my drink in the drive threw and the other day there was this old lady wanting a drink they told here no she can’t get a drink because she physically has to be inside a car so I bought it for here as I was in my car and today 8/19/25 you can clearly see this lady order here drink in a drive threw in NO NO car unless it’s an imaginary car lol 😂 they can see and I don’t but this is so so wrong and so racist if you’re black or Mexican you can’t do this so sad

Great place for work, reading and studying. Plenty of comfortable and stable tables and chairs. But you better have your battery bank handy since all the outlets on the wall behind the majority of seatings are sealed. There is a long table with outlets. Internet speed is very stable. All the staffs are attentive and friendly. There are two bathrooms that are clean.

I can’t believe I waited over 10 minutes for an iced coffee. There was no one in line when i came in. But it seems that they are prioritizing online orders and drive thru orders over the customers that walk in.
I haven’t been in a Starbucks in years. Now I remember why!

Normal starbucks, in most cases. They did not know how to manage large orders two 25 coffee orders in front of us. They were not able to pivot , made all the other customers wait for 30+ minutes for their coffee.
I've been coming to this starbucks for years since it's right down the street from my place! They have always all been so kind and wonderful, but today 11/10 at 9:15 am - whoever the woman was at the window was AMAZING. She said her birthday is tomorrow 11/11 so I hope that helps identify her... but she was absolutely WONDERFUL. So kind and bubbly and just so happy! It legit was contagious, and I hadn't even had one cup of coffee yet so that's saying a lot. Thank you all for always being so amazing!

I Come To This Location Every Single Day! I Know All The Regular Baristas! Always Cheerful! Always Respectful! Always Polite! But Today Was Different! As I Do Every Sunday Morning, I Pulled Through The Drive Through To Order For Me and My Friends. Order Was About $30! As I’m Trying To Order The Drinks For My Friends, The Young Lady In The Headset Was So Rude, Demanding, Rushing My Order, As If I Should’ve Only Ordered 1 Drink and Been Done! The Idea Is To Provide A Customer Friendly Place Where The Customer Feels COMFORTABLE Spending Money! Never Make The Customer Feel As If His Order Is TOO MUCH! The Drinks Were Nothing Complicated! Simple Drinks and a sandwich with no cheese! Like In The Middle Of Me Ordering… She Said… “Hold On I’m Going To Help Someone Else!” I Literally Couldnt Believe It! I Pulled Through To The Window… And Asked One Of The Regular Baristas The Name Of The Woman Who Handled My Order… She Informed Me It Was “KATIE!” In Wrapping This Up… Theres Plenty Of Coffee Brands To Choose From… Since My Little $350 A Month Bill On Starbucks Doesn’t Feel Welcomed… I’ll Try My Luck Somewhere Else! And I Suggest Everyone Do The Same! THANKS KATIE!!!

They abruptly closed the store early (around 5:45 pm) because of some staffing issue. I would not have purchased a meal had I known I was going to be kicked out shortly. They are supposed to stay open until 8 pm.
