This is probably one of my favorite locations that I frequent most. But recently I think they got a new male manager, & he honestly is super uptight, & rude. I feel bad for the baristas because you can feel the tension and it seems like they are walking on eggshells as this new manager it seems is always on the look out for something to nit-pic them about. Also I ordered a quad shot espresso with a half inch of soymilk been ordering this specific drink for years never had an issue but today it seemed a bit skimpy on the soy milk when he made it, so I asked for a little more soymilk and he said he will give it to me this time but next time he has to charge. I have no problem paying for more, but the fact is I've never had this issue at any Starbucks I have been to nationwide! I think he is on a power trip and people like this man should not be in a managerial position. I seriously feel bad for the baristas I have grown to love that have given me great service, for the fact that they have to work with this man.

Great service! I went through the drive through for my birthday drink (12/23) in the afternoon maybe 130 ish the girl working the drive through made me me feel so welcome. Told me I could get whatever size of my fav drink for my birthday. I got a grande brown sugar shaken espresso with oatmilk and they made it perfectly! It was amazing and she wished me happy birthday before I drove off. So sweet! Thank you!

As always, the workers, the coffee and the seating area were excellent. BUT, the bathroom was filthy, and with the amount of dirt built up, it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years.

Got a carmel frappe for myself and my siblings, luckily two were cream based so they were gonna taste sweet either way. Mine however tasted like straight dirt. When you're in a rush you don't have time to come back and complain, instead I'm doing it here. Make sure to add caramel syrup to your caramel frappes Starbucks! thanks

Go to San Diego every summer Point Loma Starbucks gets it right everytime, 5.80 for tall Carmel macchio!, in NM it cost 6.40 same drink???

We go there often for internet plus bathroom. Service people are friendly and helpful.Parking: Almost always an available spot. We park in the shade as my cat likes exploring plantings. Parking has someone patrolling.Kid-friendliness: Kids and babies often there. Dogs welcomed

I will not return to this location. I passed by, and saw the drive thru line wasn't long before I headed into work, so I decided to stop. While waiting in the drive thru line (about 2-3 cars ahead of me) I figured I'd place a mobile order, as that's more efficient for me, order and pay on the app, let them know at the window and just pick up the drink. I guess I should've driven around the block a few times after placing my order, cause although the girl at the window was really kind and let me know they were still working on my drink which I figured and understood, I wasn't rushing them and being rude or impatient, I actually was having a great conversation with her - A man came up maybe the manager? and rudely told me that next time I need to give them more notice to prepare the drink. Which I don't understand, because how much notice are they given when people come up and order in person or at the drive thru ordering screen? I am a Starbucks girly, and order a minimum of 1 drink a day, but I'll be sure to avoid this location at all cost. Reading the reviews, I see now this location isn't known for great service - Do yourself a favor & stop at another Starbucks further away or another coffee shop.

I ordered from the drive thru and the gentlemen was super nice but I tasted my coffee and it tasted completely different as if it had no sugar in my frappacino. I'm shy & hesitated on going back but because both frappacino tasted weird I went back. When I went back inside the worker asked me what was wrong and I quietly told her and she proceeds to say "What I can't hear you" "I have to do this first" I obviously understand so I just waited. Another worker then asked me what happened and the same girl who told me to speak louder told her shut up real quick and said "it's not like she could make the drink anyways." After she made my drink, I could you not she throws them on the table and then the straws and walks away quickly I couldn't even say thank you. The other two workers were so sweet, I'm not sure if that girl was just having a bad day but honestly it's not fair for her to treat customers that way.

we stopped by this starbucks for 3 drinks and waited 10-15mins for 2 workers. which i understand. idk for some reason this place is lacking. the health dept seriously need to check on their food area. flys are flying and needs to keep the store clean asap!!!never seen starbucks this nasty! manager is not doing the job correct.
