What an utter disaster this hot pumpkin spice late! No real flavor of pumpkin and it's super sweet. I never add sugar to my cafe, only milk, so if i didn't ask for sugar they should not overload my cafe with sugar. I remembered once drinking a good pumpkin spice late at Starbucks and I was looking forward to it. Well, it went in the garbage.

So unfriendly and condescending. The older lady is way too slow. And takes forever taking orders. You ask them a question and Before you can finish speaking they always say no. Needs better training and communication. Get new people.

All three Clairmont locations are closed at 3pm on Thursday April 30,2020. What was the cause: plague reached all 3 simaltaine -ssly, maybe front office, lack of clients?
