They don’t make your order as they receive them. I waited 15 minutes for a coffee. Someone one else came in 5 minutes after me. He was a regular because the manager taking his order knew what he wanted. He still got his drink before me. Then the guy making my order went to take a drive thur order because there was a language barrier (I don’t care).

Terrible service and attitude wouldn't even help me and I have a broken back, didn't even offer to help bet was the girl on the speaker I hurt my back trying to find parking when she could have been more assisting

I had a great experience at this Starbucks. My phone wasn’t charging because of a soda spill, and I was in a difficult situation. Sam, one of the employees, went above and beyond to help me. Even when my card declined, she kindly offered me my drink without making me feel uncomfortable. Instead, when I asked if she could help me with a charger, she immediately did, and that saved me. Thank you, Sam, for your kindness and genuine support. People like you make the Starbucks experience truly special.

I don’t know their name, but the person with blonde hair and tattoos makes my drink so perfect every time 😭 I came here yesterday and was so sad they weren’t here cause the coffee wasn’t as good, but today it was perfect as usual 😇 I got an iced horchata oat shaken espresso

As good a Starbucks as any on most points. Employees are always friendly and the place is always clean. The only issue it suffers from is that it turns into a day-care from 2-4pm during the school year when the local middle schools get out. Otherwise it's a nice place.
