Shout out to the very nice lady this morning with the green hair clip and amazing smile. This Starbucks is the most convenient on the way to my kiddos school and before I get into my work area where it's much busier. But I stopped coming here because everyone is so bothered to work it seems. My kids love the pumpkin loaf and I thought why not reward them with a warm treat at 6 am today let's give it another shot. Per usual no one says good morning , no one smiles, you say thank you and they just look at you other than the nice lady in the green hair clip. Shout out to her and the rest need to do better id rather drive further for sure now than spend my hard earned money there and have my kids be smiley happy to some rude ass adults when they have to start their day this early on a lovely Thursday.

Starbucks drink doesn't taste good anymore and the service is very rude not friendly I don't go here no more I like coffee beans in Governor dr San Diego ca 92122 Their customer service is good make me happy I will be back

I am loving the Minecraft Grass Block Latte! It's a Chai (iced)! Latte w/matcha cream cold foam, and 1 shot of brown sugar. For my next order, I got it with light ice, and a shot of Cinnamon Caramel. So good! I also love the staff. Alejandra and company are amazing! They always make me feel welcome, and a bit special. ? Thanks for putting me onto the weekly drink. The Bailey's today was delicious ?

At first I wasn't the woman this worker was accusing me to be BUT now I am. A employee by the name of Michelle has helped me before but this particular day 10/4/2022 after messing up ON MY DRINK originally she states to me that someone she makes drinks for regularly says I was taking pictures of her and stated my description matched. I don't know this woman other than Starbucks, my son broke my phone so I'm phone less. this was so triggering because she said the description given was braids and BROWN SKIN and 5'2. So because I'm black and short she came at me rude. she automatically thought she had the right to accuse me. UNPROFESSIONAL I FEEL SO UNCOMFORTABLE SHE NEEDS TO BE FIRED. Starbucks needs to reimburse me.

Very good service. Located inside Vons grocery store. Lakshmi made me an excellent Americano. I'm in the area a lot and this will be where I go to get a coffee.

I went to this location to order my shaken oat milk brown sugar espresso. I asked for light Ice since I have sensitive teeth. I was shocked when I got my drink from them. It was half full. I asked them why it's half empty and they said because I asked for light ice. I told Them i get this drink all the time and it's never half full. So I basically had to pay 6 dollars for half a drink. That's so bad, I can't believe a chain would do that to their customer

EVERYTIME THAT I ask for BLOND coffee they give me PIKE. Legit everytime and each time I have to ask them to remake the drink. They think there is no difference or something... Just get it right the first time! What is wrong with this Starbucks?? Besides that they are friendly but horrible at orders

They need a toaster oven. If Target Starbucks locations have one Vons locations, or at least this one, needs one too. No one likes cold food items. Next time going to Target. Bummer!

My coffee always taste burnt. I have ordered vanilla cream cold brews and been given black cold brews multiple times. I know that its an easy fix but I usually am in a rush to get back to work so I don't have time to wait. I just stop coming here all together and order it on the mobile app to pick up at the one on the corner of Genesee.
