Second time here. The baristas are clearly not Starbucks certified and don't know how to open the kiosks or make the drinks. As a manager of another licensed Starbucks, do not recommend this location.

Tell me you hate your Kobe without telling me you hate your job. Pros: open when the hospital coffee shops are closed.Cons: Stephanie A. Hates her job and it shows. Only makes one of 4 coffees shown, both Saturday and Sunday morning. Cause who wants Coffe, the morning on weekends?!As she only made one pot of coffee she ran out... so then started a new pot and put the cup directly under it. After making the worlds strongest cup of coffee, then put the airport under it to make the worlds weakest cup of coffee. I get it Stephanie, that job sucks... for your own happiness please find a new one. Help wanted signs everywhere.

Their computer never works and they are often not working and closed for at least 1 hour during peak hours.

Worst Starbucks ever. The older woman behind the counter is rude and gives you an attitude. Apparently if you order a venti and ask for light ice she throws a fit and make you a grande but charges you for a venti. She even had the audacity to ask me if I would like it in a smaller cup. Uhm...are you going to charge me for a smaller drink? Ugh, miserable people are the worst.

Worst Starbucks ever!!!! I only return because sadly they're my only choice when I'm working on weekends/holidays. Twice I've had coffee-flavored water; supposed to be a venti decaf americano. One time I ordered a venti misto and she mistakenly made a tall so I reminded her it was a venti. She just added more milk instead of making the ratio correctly. Every single time I order a food item they forget about it so I have to wait longer. I only have a 15 minute break so I don't get to eat my food warm and my coffee sucks!! Yet I still give them a tip - why I don't know??? Maybe because I used to be in food service. Starbucks is famous for its coffee...why am I paying good money for bad coffee???

I went in today and there was a new worker named Cat. She was so kind and sweet and made my day. She made my drink so fast and it tasted delicious, scrumptious even. So good considering she was new. Will be back to see Cat. :)

Showed up at 9:45am to see a sticky note taped to the register saying "Be back at 10:15" ... really? Very disappointing.

It tastes so different from the other coffee shops in the city. Not just because of their coffee, I used to drop by here every morning, but they also had a wonderful atmosphere. Their workers are very nice and welcoming too. Keep up with the good job!

The Egg nug latte was not the business, that's just my opinion. Did not have that Egg Nug flavor I was looking for. The pumpkin spice latte is usually the best, but doesn't hurt to try new things. Thank you guys for the friendly service.
