Garbage Starbucks with garbage employees. Drove 10 minutes to get there 20 minutes before closing and absolutely no one was working. Everything had been cleaned up and they clearly left well before I got there.

Not a drive thru. Tired of Google or Vons or both listing these as drive thrus. I cannot get out of my car when I'm looking for drive thrus. That's why I and millions of others look for them.

There is a new hire, and she looks like she REALLY don’t want to be there and of course got the order wrong, but that’s not the worst part. The soy milk in my coffee is spoiled……I can’t believe this can happen to big chain like Starbucks.

Could have been a better experience if the lady at the register wasn't so grouchy and wasn't coughing all over our cups while writing our order on them. She then stood in the back wiping her nose and then touched more cups without sanitizing her hands again. Phil seemed to be unable to read her handwriting on multiple occasions she would come over and wrap her hand around the brim of a glass he had questions about. Not for the faint of heart.

Today I had ordered 2 drinks to go at this location. When my drink is ready I had accidently grabbed the wrong one and took a sip from it without a look. I realized it and walked back, apologize to the Barista about I am sorry for what happens, and ask her to pay for the drink I had accidentally grabbed. However, she looked at me with utterly disgust and yelled "get out of here" in front of other customers. I was very shamed and embarrassed from this experience. Yes it was my fault to grab the wrong drink, and I am definitely willing to compensate it, but the reactions I am getting is really crossing the line, it is merely full of disrespect. I will never consider going back to this place.

Baristas seemed very lazy on their phone while I was trying to ask about the drinks and when I asked about a latte they said ‘They machine is broken’ in a rude way and laughing about my question. This will be my first and last time here!

TAKE OUT: Ordered a Medium Americano with 1/2 and 1/2. 'DIANA' apologized for it being too hot and too full. gave me a small cup with more 1/2 and 1/2 in it....??? Coffee was SCALDING. I had a full cart of groceries and a burning my hand cup of coffee and a small cup of creamer. Coffee splashed all over my groceries going to the car, across safety bumps and rough street. NOT HAPPY, with really bad CS. May not replenish my card. NOT HAPPY !!

I just moved away after living right by this place for 4 years. It was always my go to Starbucks and I was there fairly often. Over the years the staff changed, but I always came to appreciate the new workers. Everyone was always been friendly and nice, and it's always been a pleasant experience. I'm sad for the low reviews for this place, I think they're undeserved. Everyone does a great job and deserves 5 stars!

The worst ever! These people have made up their own rules, because you don’t like ice they will short your drink by about 4 ounces and literally will tell you because you didn’t get ice that you will get ounces in the drink. I don’t like ice it’s not that I m trying to get more ounces of fluid. I have never heard of anything more ridiculous. Also a lady got spoons that were part of the counter and the worker stated the following: oh no you have to ask for a spoon because it’s the health law. Where have they come up with these rules???? Horrible and unacceptable i’ve been going to Starbucks every day and I have never these laws.
