When I went to get a drink and sandwich today I wasn't happy with what I had received. First they messed up my drink order, by putting whole milk in my drink instead of almond milk, which is bad because i'm lactose intolerant. From there I was already really upset. But then not only did they forget to make my sandwich, I had to remind them and when they finally made it, it was burnt. Also they never gave my friend food and we just had to stand there for 30 mins. Even through we kept on asking them when everything would be ready they still forgot. So finally we just left and my friend had leave empty handed.

Terrible. My friend and I went to get two drinks and two sandwiches today and the service was terrible. We are teenagers and felt that the employees were looking down on us compared to the other, older adults. They constantly made us wait at the register and kept asking us to restate what we wanted because they were too busy talking to their other coworkers. When it came time to pay, I put my card in and it accepted it and told me to remove my card. But, the register lady (I'm pretty sure she was new) told me that I had to pay and I can't "just walk away" without paying. I explained to her that I had payed and she said "oh" and rolled her eyes. There was a huge line of people behind us and somehow, they all got their orders before us. The baristas kept asking other customers "what they were waiting for" and if they missed anything on their order. Then, someone asked if this was their order and what the name was on the order but the baristas just said that they didn't do names. Like seriously. Not to mention that there was a curly black hair baked into my sandwich and our drinks weren't even right. More "experienced" baristas kept barking at the newer ones and telling them what to do. I truly think that this was the first day that some of them worked there. They all gossiped about other colleagues and said mean stuff. We arrived there at 9:30 and got our stuff at 10:10. Never coming back

I have been reading the awful reviews of this location and my experience was completely different. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Maybe it was due to going at an off time when it was not to busy who knows. My coffee was hot, made the way I wanted and quick service. I think being mad at Starbucks for their prices is one thing, but that is not the fault of this store or its employees!

Date: 01/11/23 Time: mid-morning I'm not a frequent visitor to Starbucks because I'm not a coffee drinker, but I received a Starbucks gift card at Christmas. So while picking up a prescription at Pavilions (since the Starbucks is conveniently located next to their cash registers) I decided to get a chai latte. The barista was very friendly and helpful in showing me how to put the gift card into the Starbucks app I had on my phone. When I looked at the app I knew I had more points than what it showed and I didn't see a history of transactions. I asked her if there's a set amount of time you have to use the points and how far back the transaction history should display, but unfortunately she wasn't sure. She made my drink, it was tasty, I tipped her for helping me with the app and was on my way. I called the Starbucks toll free number (800-782-7282) when I got home and sure enough - you only have 6 months to use your points or they expire and the customer service agent showed me where I could see upcoming points that would expire (click on the details button of the rewards section). She also clarified that the transaction history only goes back 90 days. She was able to reinstate 19 points that I had lost and you bet I'll be keeping an eye on those now that I know! So I rated this location 4 out of 5 stars because I feel like the employees should be better educated on their rewards program so they can answer these types of basic questions.

soooo slow. i ordered at 1:30 and i didn't get my drink until 2:08. and the worst part is the drink wasn't even right. i payed for extra stuff and didn't get it either.

Good drinks, BUT VERY SLOW! I don't know why it takes like 10 minutes for them to just pack a cup of iced water.

Pretty sad with all the profits Starbucks makes that they can't even fill up a drink. 5$ for a cup of ice.

Don't go here!!! Horrible drink and customer service! My drink was disgusting. My frap was all separated like it wasn't even blended. The taste was horrible! I was already at work! I called the location and no one answered. I drove back and told them my drink was made wrong. The cashier handed the cup to someone else that rolled their eyes and threw it out and made another one. No apologies, just attitude. I'll stick to my regular location across the street!

- Located inside Vons - takes Starbucks card - can redeem Starbucks rewards - have their own seating - plenty of parking during non weekday lunch time - cashier and barista was friendly but only person working this visit - my iced coffee came out quick enough and tasted nice (albeit too much ice but no biggie ) - friendly customers too ! A girl and I chatted up about coffee and merchandise while she waited for her drink A revamped Vons so it's fun coming here to check out the remodel while having coffee .
