Neither of the female clerks bother to say thank you, even when I tip. I will never tip there again. It’s common courtesy to thank someone who patronizes the business you work for. They are also slightly slow to fill the orders.

The barista made such a good drink, I had to post it. She is super sweet and although she was alone and being the cashier and barista she managed to have everything under control. Hopefully they get someone to help her because that’s a lot of work for one person.

This Starbucks is located inside a Vons grocery store. The staff was very friendly but seemed poorly trained about the drinks and were confused about our order. Making the three drinks took a very, very long time.
