3 of us visited this Starbucks on August 14,2023. Service at 6:45am slow.... and we weren't in a hurry.. server mistakenly shorted us 1 cup of coffee after waiting 15 min for 2 regular coffees and a pour over( 1/2 decaf 1/2 regular). Once we realized that she forgot 1 coffee we asked for our missed coffee. The server requested we stand in line again ( behind 3 patrons) and reorder the 3rd cup.. no sorry ... no apology... no concern for the customer. We recommend finding another coffee shop especially early in the morning

The barista made such a good drink, I had to post it. She is super sweet and although she was alone and being the cashier and barista she managed to have everything under control. Hopefully they get someone to help her because that’s a lot of work for one person.
This Starbucks is located inside a Vons grocery store. The staff was very friendly but seemed poorly trained about the drinks and were confused about our order. Making the three drinks took a very, very long time.

I saw there was Starbucks in Vons since the original walk in was closed. The pudgy guy at the counter ignored me entirely. Finally my husband came up and ordered green over trees for us. "I don't have any". You don't have any of you haven't made any? "I haven't made any". Can you make some? "No I don't fell like making any".So, there you go. Why does Starbucks bother allowing these lazy a$$es run their stores?
