They ignored in person customers, preferring to serve drive thru and mobile orders first. Then when they got to me they apologized. Then they delivered a slow sloppy sandwich. Other than that, better sofa seating than wood chairs, and more space than most Starbucks.

Just stopped in to get a Passion Tea & get some work done with wifi and space to use my laptop.

I've worked from many Starbucks locations, but since I moved to San Diego I thought I'd try the one walking distance from me. I was a little disappointed. My egg bites came out burnt, with black edges. There were multiple tables available for me to sit and work; however, they all had trash and were dirty and not once since I was there did an employee come on the floor to clear them off and wipe them down. Mind you, they did not seemed slammed with orders either. The only seat I could find was in a corner next to a gentleman who, clearly didn't look of sound mind. He was not only singing loudly to himself, but he was on his hands and knees scooping up tiny rips of paper he wiped onto the floor, his backpack open with all of his items on the booth and table. Not only was this distracting to work right next to, but gross to watch this man wipe his hands all over the floor and then touch the booth and table that I clearly saw no employees tending too. Only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is because the staff was friendly and it was the best Medicine Ball Tea I've ever had.

Haven't had any issues at this Starbucks whenever I go. They get my order right, employees are quick and friendly.

The employees seem unhappy about something, all the time. At the counter, they have their backs to you, so heaven forbid you have to get their attention for something. Just asking for a straw, which I guess have to be kept behind the counter now, really puts them out. It's a great location and they did a nice job on turning an ugly fast food joint into a cool looking store, but the employees kind of drag it down.

Change your listed hours AND VOICEMAIL which both say you are open until 1am EVERYDAY. Just drove out of my way wasting gas and time and ITS CLOSED.

Maybe it was a rare one time event, but that is all it takes to form a lasting impression. When the employees are unable to get the register to work, nobody (in line) can order or pay. The best suggestion is to just go elsewhere and not waste time wondering if/when the problem(s) here ever got fixed.

I had a very pleasant experience been helped out by Mickey this morning. He was so kind and attentive wanted to take the time to say thank you for making my day.

One of the biggest Starbucks in San Diego. The sun shines bright through the windows, great for when your cold. Chargers under every table. I asked the barista for more peppermint on my hot chocolate and he gave me a free one. Many students.

At one time this was a really great location now consistently waiting 10-15 minutes for coffee most mornings. Staff up. There's 30 people in the store standing around waiting for a drink the prices are all the same pay your people instead of inconveniencing your customers.
