I tried this location for the first time and was impressed. The service was quick and friendly and the store was clean and organized. I happened to meet Shaely the store manager and she was super friendly and answered any questions I had about Starbucks. Shaely and her staff are great! I live in Normal Heights but will come to this location from now on. A+
This used to be my favorite Starbucks. But ever since the previous manager changed stores, this store has gone downhill. There are some very great baristas here and they deserve kudos. But there are also some not so great baristas here too.
Lately, many of my orders have not been correct. Either they forget a topping, are out of syrup or foam, out of a desert, not enough hot water, not enough ice, the drink is warm, the use the wrong lid, they ring it up wrong,...

The only reason why this is four stars is that traffic can be rough during certain times during the day. Both getting in and in the drive-thru. Otherwise this is a great Starbucks, staff are very friendly and efficient and it's usually very clean
