While I'm trying to order I'm being told to take the lids.. I'm already holding one lid and I have my phone in my other hand.. so I have no hands to hold all the lids with their straws and hold my phone...

Lived near this Starbucks for 2 years and here’s what has been consistent:
Hot breakfast foods are greasy. Service meets the bare minimum but actual service is poor. Has happened more than once getting a rude or irritated response from a team member. Inside the furniture is arranged sporadically and not consistent. One side of the shop is very dark and the other side gets a ton of natural lighting.

Love this starbucks, the drinks are amazing, the staff is so friendly and nice, everything about it was such a delight. I also went at 4 pm on a Friday, and there was no drive-thru line, so that was a big bonus.

The people are really nice but you know someone gave me a $10 gift card for my birthday I don't really drink that kind of coffee so I went and I figured I'd get some kind of a snack, well for my $10 I was able to get one piece of dried up cake a croissant and a chocolate chip cookie now the cookie wasn't half bad yet at the same time if Starbucks had a inexpensive simple cup of coffee with maybe a little cookie that you could buy for a dollar so the average person can go down and sit and enjoy the atmosphere, that would be cool ?
