I am continually impressed by this Convoy location! I’ve been to many Starbucks (as most people have) but this location keeps impressing- they’re so polite in a completely honest way, they clearly enjoy their coworkers and I’ve seen them recognize and know countless numbers of their Regulars (obviously a lot of the same people feel drawn to keep returning to this location). Very impressive Guys!

I order 2 venti drinks with no ice. When I got to the window I found that the drink was 2 inches down from the top. I asked why the cups are not full and was told because I ordered no ice. Don’t start with that, I’ve order extra ice many times and never once have they given me an overflow cup when the extra ice is added. I will take my daily $20 down the street to the store on Linda Vista Road.

This is the best Starbucks, hands down. I know it sounds silly bc the drinks are supposed to be the same at every location but this one never gets my order wrong and their customer service is above and beyond. When the lavender latte was around, one of my seasonal faves, I cannot tell you how many times other Starbucks would not mix in the lavender correctly and it would be a powdery purple layer at the bottom of the cup. Never happened here. I also ordered coffee but had to leave suddenly and told them I’d come back for it in a few hours. I completely forgot to come back and they offered to just remake it for me the next I was in. I’m a regular here and I will go out of my way to come to this location when I need my starbies fix.

This store stole my money when I tried to ask for a refund on 6/15/2025 at 8:00pm. I ordered ahead and when I got there the door was locked. I got a look from the 2 baristas, one black girl one white girl. They gestured to go around to drive thru. I was on dinner break from work and there was a long line. At this point I wanted a refund but they refused to answer the door. I asked them if I could talk to them and possibly try to get my money back, they wouldn’t. Then they ignored me. This generation is crazy, no customer service skills whatsoever. Embarrassing service, owners and managers should know. I left without my coffee and lost my money. Thanks guys… so helpful.

Please update store hours. I sent my husband here during an ER visit and he arrived at ~9:45 pm when closing time is listed at 10:30 pm to find the lights on and a closed store.

i come here every week or so before i go to school to get a iced matcha latte with a new extra scoops and it always tastes better than other starbucks locations’ matchas! it’s always more bitter than sweet even tho i add 2 pumps of brown sugar compared to the other places i get a matcha. i came here this morning too and they lowkey ate my matcha up todayy!!! 🤭
