I am continually impressed by this Convoy location! I’ve been to many Starbucks (as most people have) but this location keeps impressing- they’re so polite in a completely honest way, they clearly enjoy their coworkers and I’ve seen them recognize and know countless numbers of their Regulars (obviously a lot of the same people feel drawn to keep returning to this location). Very impressive Guys!

This is the best Starbucks, hands down. I know it sounds silly bc the drinks are supposed to be the same at every location but this one never gets my order wrong and their customer service is above and beyond. When the lavender latte was around, one of my seasonal faves, I cannot tell you how many times other Starbucks would not mix in the lavender correctly and it would be a powdery purple layer at the bottom of the cup. Never happened here. I also ordered coffee but had to leave...

THIS LOCATION HAS THE BEST MANAGER IN TOWN! MS. KRIS THANK YOU FOR BEING YOU! My daughter and I are always happy to see her at the window. Great customer service, friendly, and she cares about her staff and customers!
