I don’t understand why you order online you don’t even tell anybody what you’re ordering and they messed up your order because they can’t put the cold foam on top or they forget the caramel drizzle around the cup cup. Sometimes you have to think do they even put all the shots to order and pay for into your drink. Beware my Starbucks buddies if they can change you they will.

I have been coming to the Starbucks almost daily for the past six years. I had the worst experience today, I always ordered my same drink, iced brown sugar, shaken espresso, Venti, and today they gave me a cup that was so full of ice that I couldn’t even fit the straw in it. I asked them to remake and they did the same thing. As if it was a joke. I will definitely never give a dime to them again.

the place is clean and the sandwiches are nice bur unfortunately they rejected my request for getting a couple of hot water because if safety. They offered tea instead Is really tea more safe than hot water?????

I normally am an AM frequenter at this Starbucks location and I love the AM staff so dearly but today I decided to do a PM coffee run, Mason treated me with such hospitality and care and made sure everything was perfect for me. Great attitude, my white mocha tasted wonderful and overall my best drive thru experience at this location yet!

Relatively fast service, friendly staff, coffee's on point most days, but the dumpster area gives off a shockingly foul oder - think horror movie level stench - that hits you immediately after exiting your car. It's so intense it could star in its own crime drama. I don't think they've cleaned it since the place opened. 1 star atmosphere.

I rarely write a negative review, but am hoping that Starbuck puts this store on its radar for clean up. This is the dirtiest Starbucks I have ever been too. Every table is dirty inside and outside on the patio. None of them had been wiped down at all. The entire bathroom is in need of an update, the fan was broke and extremely loud and faucet turned off so quickly you could not rinse your hands properly. The music was so loud and the chairs so loud when moved in and out from the tables that I moved to an outside table. Top it off, the food was just lukewarm, not hot like usual for Starbucks.

The music is always too loud so you have to shout over it to order. It’s not a surprise to all the complaints about messed up orders. They’re constantly repeating our orders to us with a question mark. And who chooses the playlist? I’d rather sit in a silent atmosphere so I can talk with my company instead of trying to make out every other word that’s being drowned out by not only the blenders, but the crappy music.
