I arrived at 7.10pm. They were cleaning the store and they told me only drive-thru was available although the app says in-store pickup is available until 8pm.

Showed up at 7:15 on my birthday to get my rewards drink. The chairs were up and the employees were cleaning, the website says they close at 8 the signs on the door said they close at 7:30.

Great location. Excellent service and lots of seating with plugs. WiFi isn’t blazing fast, but definitely a good place to be able to get work done while enjoying a caffeinated beverage

I didn’t catch his name but the drive through worker with earrings and a goatee was rude everytime I have came to this location. He had an attitude when I asked him to fix my drink when it wasn’t made right and I think that is unacceptable when I pay $6 for a drink and isn’t made the way I would like it.

I live and work in this neighborhood since the 2000's. I used to have my espresso there every morning at this location, but I realize that Clairemont Cafe has way better service and products.This morning we're in a hurry so I decide to have a coffee with my coworkers at this Starbucks location, but was a big mistake. First, my coworker was trying to place an order, but the barista Victor, couldn't understand or make any effort to understand his Arabic accent, treating him very poorly. It's sad to see so much xenophobic peolple these days.And no surprise: the order was all wrong.The "cherry on the cake" was the "Shift Supervisor" Maggy, saying that I not suppose to call him "damn" just because he did a big mistake. Actually, she was right, I should call him XENOPHOBIC.None of people from the business around this location will be a customer. SHAME ON YOU STARBUCKS!
