Claudia is the sweetest! She’s honestly the best server at the location, in my experience.

The drinks and food were good.

The tables were nice and clean, lots of foot traffic but the floor was not that bad.

I liked the music too!

We visited around 7:30pm on 11/21, and the experience was extremely disappointing. The young male barista looked tired and came across as rude and completely unmotivated. He acted almost annoyed and judgmental when we asked basic questions about the drinks, as if we were supposed to already know everything on the menu.

The place was noticeably dirty, and between the poor service and the atmosphere, we couldn’t even enjoy our drinks. After two sips, we literally threw them in the trash — it felt like we had just tossed our money away.

I come here about once a month. Inside is very nice, the staff is horrible. They are very slow and unbothered. Drinks take about 10-20 minutes when there are not even any people inside. This guy who knows the staff comes in his filthy post game baseball uniform and talks to and distracts the entire staff, they also allow him to reach over the counter and grab things and other people's drink orders.

I buy at this location quite often. Today I wanted a cold brew, they ran out, I asked for a hibiscus tea, also ran out, passion fruit iced tea, they were out, since I cannot have sweet drinks and I was very thirsty I just asked for a water and they said ā€œsorry you have to purchase somethingā€ Maybe they should have the items on the menu available!
