This is the worst Starbucks. They made my drinks incorrectly, they were not drinkable, so I went back and politely asked if they could remake them. The employees argued with me that they had made them correctly. I replied that I get the same drink almost every day and that it was not right today and they replied "well that's your opinion". I threw the drinks away and went to a different Starbucks nearby, bought new, and had a way better experience...save your time and just go to a different location.

First day ordered light ice 8/5/2022, my cup was filled with ice, today ordered no ice figured I'd put in my cup at work but she filled it up again, lady also complained about my Splenda( yes I get alot I know its annoying). I go to this Starbucks every single morning by 5am. I should of asked for my coffee to be remaid but I don't have time.
A great place for some great coffee. I love the breakfast sandwiches. Especially their double smoked turkey bacon. They have great cookies and scones also. You will always find the condiments section filled. The place is always so clean too.

Worst customer service I've ever received, let alone from a Starbucks. This morning of 6/16/21 the girl working the morning shift at 10:00 was very rude for no reason. She didn't acknowledge me for a few minutes even though there were no other customers and then when I asked if everything was okay, she snapped "I'm ready" then afterwards, and when she handed me my drink, never was there a thank you even though I said it twice. Maybe she was having a bad morning, but I work in customer service as well and every interaction matters. I couldn't wait to run out of there even though I wanted something to eat and didn't get a chance to add that to my order.
