Like most Starbucks fast pace with very busy location overall very satisfied just parking really sucks..

Dark coffee was really gross, watery and so weak. Maybe don’t pour the last few drops of old coffee for customers? Waste of a drive and money. Also the club music blasting at 8:15am is really awful to hear … considering 80% of your customers were over the age of 60 at this hour. Even if it was classical music, it’s still too loud.

This place kills it. I would go there if only to see the most fun and friendly staff of any Starbuck's. They are always well staffed, place is near spotless and they get your order done fast and correct. Pleasure to see these guys near everyday!

Very gay friendly always well staffed lots of energy and creative drinks. Part of the fun of this Starbucks is letting the staff have some artistic freedom with your favorite drink, that's how they created my very own hocus-pocus drink.

This is definitely my favorite Starbucks in Hillcrest. Excellent service and very clean store. Unfortunately, there's no place to sit inside with the air conditioning only outside and just one umbrella with several tables. Dog friendly

They don't know how to mix the drinks. Skip this one. This is not a Starbucks, this is a disaster. Alaina did a awful job today. I asked for a dragon drink and she did not know how to mix it. The milk is not supposed to be gathered on the top of ice like a cottage cheese. When I asked her to fix my drink, she got upset and she started giving me attitude by slamming the cup on the counter. Two things here: 1. Train her to better mix drinks. 2. Please train her to provide better customer service. She was also bothered by me because she was flirting with a Ralph's employee when I was there to order. Seriously girl, you should know better. This location is not the Starbucks I know. So, skip. 0 stars.

I ordered a beer and my co worker ordered the peach margarita. The margarita took a long time to get to the table but it was pretty good. I tried ordering the Cuban torta and they "ran out". It was before 8 pm on a Wednesday night and they ran out? That's poor management of kitchen and food inventory, in my opinion. I ordered the skirt steak and it was not good at all. It's lathered in some sort of bbq/teriyaki sauce and placed on top of mashed sweet potatoes with a couple pieces of onions and a side of fries. No Mexican food comes with fries but I couldn't substitute the fries, which is never cool. I'll never order that again or return. My co worked ordered fried chicken tacos on flour tortillas and they also came with fries. I don't recommend this place and I won't come back.

Today 12/24/2021 we went to this Starbucks store located inside the Ralphs market to order 3 cups of coffee Vanilla Frappuccino, but the only employee there at the time (which was the female) made wrong coffees for us. We asked her to fix it and made the coffee Vanilla Frappuccino ones. But she tried to delay for a while then finally re-made the order for us. She was making our orders with a loathsome and annoyed attitude toward us. When done, she was like giving us a handouts, and threw the straws on the counter without saying anything!! Not polite and rude .
This is my favorite Starbucks! I can walk to a Starbucks in my neighborhood but I prefer this one! The people who work there, Steve, Lewis, Devon & Devon & all the others I can't remember their names are my Starbuds!

My boyfriend attempted to pick me up an iced coffee with cream and sugar this morning. Something I get from this location(and any really) often with no issues. I'd think it's one of the easiest drinks. Ice, coffee, cream, sugar. Around 9:30 Labor Day morning, the woman (who was also training someone) said "well can you just add the sugar yourself? We don't know how much you want." I mean, yea I can. But I can also just make my own at home if that's what I wanted to do. I feel bad for the gentleman training, he's not going to know how to add sugar!

I ordered a iced venti matcha green tea latte with soy milk and I swear it was made with matcha and dish soap water or something because it was the worse drink I tasted in my life. It was so bad I left it in my car. I didn't have any of the drink in the store. I have a toddler and needed the extra kick for me more towards the night and omg, I took a sip after I parked in my driveway and just about threw up all over myself. I puked in my hand it was so horrible.Had a weird nasty chemically rancid taste. I literally swore off of any Starbucks now due to that horrible drink. Anything with that logo is a no no for me. I'll just buy the matcha powder from Costco and make my own if thats the case.Not sure what it is but many businesses are lacking with their quality of made products for customers. I paid a lot of money for my drink and soy is extra, for it to make me vomit and not do Starbucks again is a very serious thing to me.

Parking lot is around the corner from the entrance and around closing time it will be a little bit sketchy to get there after parking your car and getting out to go walk which is around the corner right past the Jamba Juice entrance is where you’re going to find the front of this Starbucks location. Not my favorite location because they close earlier than most of the other locations do so I almost had to settle for Jamba Juice instead, as it was open and brightly lit up inside which was a tempting choice to get a delicious drink like I was literally craving. But I decided to just pout all the way back to my car and I decided to go to the next closest Starbucks that I made sure was still open this time before I got there! Lol!

It's amazing store the baristas were so friendly. My drink was made perfect the locations was close to Weber we were going and we got our drinks fast
