Our drinks were great! I got the baked apple croissant and it was perfect. The Iced Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso was sweet, but enjoyable. Butter Croissant is always a ten. Latte and Chai were good. The little tables on the outside are perfect to sit down, especially in this weather! Service was great!

I asked for a Caramel Macchiato, girl with short hair, braces and terrible attitude charged me for an Americano when I took it back to register and told them I ordered caramel macchiato not Americano the girl had the worst customer service and said I ordered an Americano. I know exactly what I ordered. Not my fault English is not your first language and didn’t understand what I ordered. When I received my drink it was a cup of 3/4 filled with milk. When I took it to the barista she said it comes that way. I order that every single day and I know what to expect. Of course cashier with the terrible customer service smirked and walked away. Very disappointing to see people like this working our Starbucks.

I had an extraordinary service from the staff attending in that starbucks, they helped me to choose 2 ceramic tumblers that I was taking as a souvenir from Dallas a female staff member helped me with superve attention and excellent customer service. She went out of her way to help me get the right one.

Terrible attitude from lady working at cbx Starbuck USA side. 5am shift , i asked time opened the place and said she would advise when she opened becuase she had stuff to do.
My drink tasted good but service from the barista not the cashier the one calling the orders not very friendly like if she doesn’t want to be at work. Come on Guys we are coming from a trip tired and annoyed and even then I always say thank you and try to give a smile to employees.

This place does not open at 5am and there is no sense of urgency about anything in providing service. Trying to grab a bite before my flight, at 5:15 I finally saw an employee and asked her when they open. "Like...5:30 maybe" she said.Ma'am, this is an airport. People have places to be.They also do not have Wifi. If I'm paying inflated airport prices for this fast food, I want to at least be able to use reliable Wifi for a moment.

I kindly asked for a remake or a different beverage. The girl at the register declined and I just threw the drink away. I was not interested in drinking a cup of milk after a long flight.
