The barista Jessica needs more training for customer's service. Didn't even informed me that she will charge me for $2 for additional scoops of macha. I bought a venti hot macha almost everyday. It is my first time to be charged $2. That was very expensive for a 2 scoops. She even doesn't call names if cups are ready ??????

The place has been remodeled!It’s inside Vons.Very nice remodeling, it looks neat, clean, and futuristic.The girl working there. I think it was Jessica.. was very courteous. She took my order with a great smile and had it ready in less than 5 minutes.Great improvement from before!
Parking: No drive throughPlenty of parking ?️It’s located inside vons in the Mira Mesa shopping center ?

They lost 8 customers while I was standing in line being ignored. When I advised the manager this morning he said “Good thing there are other Starbucks nearby”. Yeah,…time for a Regional Manager Visit.

Worst customer service from Vons and the Starbucks inside. Apparently when leaving for a lunch Vons doesn't require Starbucks to out a sign out saying be back or out to lunch. Just let's customers wait and wait. Then when asking Vons staff after standing in line they informed myself and another customer that was already waiting 10 minutes, that the barista is on lunch! Leave a sigh up saying no service for at least such and such time. How ride for staff to tell us to just wait that's it. Horrible customer service
