that girl with pigtails was rude. we were looking at the food displays and she told us to move so she can serve the customer and when it was our turn to order she rolled her eyes and let the next person take our order. We waited a while but they weren’t taking our orders. then a month ago ,i order a matcha with the money my dad gave me and my dad went in to order water but this rude guy said they only give water customers.

The barista informed us that they will no longer give water, and that I had to buy something (‘How about some Madelines or biscotti?’)…

Picked up my order today. I think someone there is extremely angry because my hot chocolate for my son was full but my coffee had maybe an oz of coffee in it. Everything was sealed no spill or nothing. Never coming here again.
Placed my order on the app. Asked for soy milk and a banana loaf. End up being that the loaf was old and they made my coffee with regular milk??. If disappointment was a store…!

This is the second time I ordered a grande latte in this location and received like half, how much is the profit of Starbucks selling half of the coffee with the price of a bigger size? So shame they are lowering the quality
