At this location, there is an older employee with glasses who was very unfriendly. No smile, no greeting, and the attitude felt cold and unwelcoming. Customer service could definitely be better.

This Starbucks is small, but it’s a comfortable place to enjoy a quiet cup of coffee.
There are a few restaurants nearby, so it’s convenient to stop by after a meal.
It’s a typical Starbucks, so there isn’t much to say, but it’s a reliable spot for a quick break.

I had the most wonderful experience at this Starbucks on Thanksgiving, and I just had to share it. From the moment I walked in, every single staff member greeted me with a smile, actual, genuine smiles, which already set the tone for something special.

When I picked up my drink, I noticed a handwritten note on my cup that said, ā€œGrateful 4 U!ā€ Such a small gesture, but honestly, it meant the world. On a holiday where not everyone gets to be with family, that extra bit of kindness was everything.

I spent the afternoon on the patio catching up with a friend visiting from out of town, and the experience only got better. The manager stepped outside to tidy up some tables, straightened the chairs, and then took a moment to stop by, say hello, and check in on us. They mentioned they’re new to the store and really want to get to know the neighborhood, which I absolutely loved. That kind of intention and warmth is rare these days.

Everything about my visit felt thoughtful, welcoming, and personal. If this is the kind of energy the new manager is bringing in, this location is going to thrive. Thank you to the entire team for making Thanksgiving feel just a little bit brighter.

So cute that for a Starbucks they took the time to write a cute note! Usually they are slammed so I appreciate that!

that girl with pigtails was rude. we were looking at the food displays and she told us to move so she can serve the customer and when it was our turn to order she rolled her eyes and let the next person take our order. We waited a while but they weren’t taking our orders. then a month ago ,i order a matcha with the money my dad gave me and my dad went in to order water but this rude guy said they only give water customers.

I’m a former barista who has maintained some measure of business with Starbucks…even when the coffee is mid. Today, I popped in while on a 20-mile run because I was running out of water. The barista informed us that they will no longer give water, and that I had to buy something (ā€˜How about some Madelines or biscotti?’)…

Not going back.
