On three separate occasions at the store I have had the displeasure of encountering the store manager. On each occasion she lied to me first occasion she told me that it was company policy to throw away any drink made incorrectly. I googled it and that actually is not company policy it is up to the barista or the manager. I asked her if I could 0 keep it because there was a homeless person down the street and obviously they're hungry and thirsty and instead of throwing it in the garbage it could be consumed by somebody who needs it or wants it. I have never had a Starbucks employee tell me they have to throw it away there's no other option. But this woman told me I would have to buy another one to be able to keep the wrong way made drink. So I told her to go ahead and throw it in the garbage and then I got the carpet offices nuw which is escaping me right now because I have a bad memory. My second encounter with her was just equally as bad. She lies about their policies and then when I asked her manager was she responded by saying "I am the mgr"! I then asked her if she was the CEO of starbucks. Of course she said no and asked if I wanted the corporate office phone number to which I replied yes I do and your name.

Today I went in and bought my drink I come here 6 days a week and get the same food everyday so I spend a lot of money here needless to say. Today I went in instead of going through the drive-thru and I ordered my normal stuff sat down with an item that I was going to buy for christmas. She comes over quickly to approached me with a nasty look on her face asking if I'm going to buy the item. There were two people sitting next to me listening she insinuated that I was going to probably steal it and then she had to keep it at the register. I told her to go ahead and put it back or keep it that I was not going to be buying anything from them anymore. And I truly mean that I will not come to this location anymore..

This woman is a poor representation of Starbucks! She makes him look bad she does not dress nicely she was dressed in a flannel sweatshirt today or a flannel button up top and jean she's not dressed nicely she was wearing flannel and jeans.

Now that I've encountered three times in which all the negative I'm going to go to a different location from now on instead of the one right next to my doctor. I also going to start making my own drinks at home half the week so they are going to lose my business. Companies need to be careful of who they hire in positions of management. I hope her general manager sees this post.

Latino guy with piercings that was working today at around 1:00pm was very rude. Definitely needs customer service training. But love the young lady that works there she is very sweet couldn’t catch her name.

I went in and the guy who served me was very rude, he didn't let me order, I ordered a white chocolate and he gave me a mocha coffee with chicolate and when I asked for the new drink he treated me as if I didn't understand, very bad service if you don't listen to the specifications, how can you give good service?

The man who served us may have had a bad day because he doesn't even let you talk, he tries to guess what we are going to order, he gave me the wrong order, I returned it, he gave it to me again but in a rude way, they should Pay more attention to who provides us with the service.

I have to recognize the entire staff at this Mission Valley Starbucks. I get my coffee and croissant every morning and they truly are a joy to see. They not only our associates of Starbucks but had become my friends they are kind sweet courteous and never get my coffee wrong.

Absolutely worst Starbucks I have ever been too, I’m forced to use it in my breaks and I rather waste time driving further to avoid this terrible location. They are “out” of everything for online ordering yet conveniently have everything when I order in store. Barista are rude, and it barely maintains any cleanliness standards. Save your time and sanity and go else where!
