Staff is always rude,I bought a couple of drinks today and I only had a $100 dlls bill today and the girl at the window rolled her eyes and asked if I had anything smaller,at the end she gave me rolls of quarters and $5 dll bills as my change back

Sammie(or Sammy) was super friendly and kind while taking my order and at the payment window!!! She had such a genuine smile on her face, and a very friendly vibe. She definitely brighten my day today!!!
Eric came to save the day. The drive through has a brick wall that was a little bit of a tight fit for my dually truck. Eric with a smile on his face, came out and made sure that there was no casualty. He had excellent customer service. Not enough people say the good things. So I just want to make it know. Great coffee and a great human!! Thanks Eric

Thanks for giving me a defective cup. It exploded all over me and my car burning my leg and hand. Starbucks cups are the worst and always leaking. They think double cupping it is going to help.
