usually , everyone is very nice here. Today i went in and ordered a small coffee and a feta wrap. the woman had an attitude from the jump and told me to get a sandwich from the cooler ( after i didnt order the feta wrap properly). She didnt. understand me but didnt make an effort to ask instead ordered me to grab a sandwich from the cooler as if i was dumb. Regarding creams and sugars i told her i like it creamy and sweet. she said "I dont know what that means". i told herjust give me the packets 4-5 . As i was leaving i told her ," im sorry if i was annoying i hope u have a better friday". she replied , my friday is fine. she never smiled and she made me feel like i was the asshole from the jump. i asked her name and she refused.

I've lived across the street from this Vons for 11 years. The amount of time I've been to this Starbucks is higher than I can even remember. I stopped going every morning to save money on buying decently overpriced coffee and no longer know all of the employees. I came in today to buy a bag of Starbucks coffee from Vons that was already pre-ground and thought I'd get a drink too. I walk up to Starbucks and as I'm about to order I ask Picca if she can also ring me up for the Starbucks coffee I was buying...she rudely looks at me and says no in a snarky way... Clearly she's had many people come in and try to quickly have something rung up by her and she felt the need to release that frustration on a random guy who wasn't trying to take advantage of anyone. I was a bit confused because I had nothing else that I was buying other than Starbucks ground coffee, so I asked "I can't pay for Starbucks coffee at Starbucks?"...again, rude no. Honestly life goes on, if this is the worst thing that happens today life is good... But if I buy a drink at Starbucks and buy Starbucks ground coffee from Vons...I have to wait in line at Starbucks, walk around and then wait in line again for Vons?...makes sense. Never going here again, except to wave to the GM on my way to buy something from Vons...because the GM is awesome and super nice.

The staff here is amazing. All of them are friendly and remember my drink as I come 5+ times a week. (I hoped I spelled their names correctly) Adriana and Phlavia you always make me feel better after visiting and Starbucks/Vons should feel very fortunate to have you on their staff. Ive worked as a waitress for 20+ years and all of the staff has amazing customer service. Thank you for your hard work!

Fanny was very helpful. I accidentally bought Starbucks whole beans last week, and came back today to have it ground. Fanny was more than helpful to grind the coffee for me, without getting paid. She saved my time by me not going to the cashier to return the coffee, and exchange it to a ground coffee. Two thumbs up for excellent service!
