I went to Starbucks last week and the line took forever then I got up to the window and Melissa was so rude and I explained to her my last order was wrong and she started screaming at me. I have never had someone be so rude to me. She should not be handling the drive thru with customers.

This is probably more a corporate problem than a problem with this location, but it's ridiculous how it seems that in every Starbucks I go to it takes forever 15-20 minutes to get a breakfast sandwich or an egg bite anything that has to use those ovens. This is the big process issue that they have today.

I think this is the first time I ever had a Starbucks coffee that really had a burnt flavor to the coffee. Even my wife tried it and said the same thing
This location was quite busy the morning I stopped in, but overall they did a good job with the coffee and I wasn't in a rush.

I go here all the time, they are usually busy every morning during the weekdays as it is in a business and commercial area. Weekends are cool because it is very quiet and I will bring my kids for a mini date. The employees are always great and the coffee is always good. Service is very quick through the drive through as well. Also recommended the potato and chives egg bites from any Starbucks, something about them are very good!

Wanted 1/2” milk NO FOAM ESPRESSO.. when foam provided …I ASKED FOR little MILK TO BE ADDED TO MY DRINK..THE REFUSED .. I was insulted and verbally abused ..ALL THAT FOR 1/2” milk..!!!!! I will send this to the highest in Starbucks organization

I came in at 5:30am with only the thought to bring a nice morning treat for my team but with no idea what I wanted. The young lady that assisted me was kind and informative and helped make my morning venture a sucess! I work nearby and will continue to return after this wonderful experience.
