Hello, I would like to give my opinion and share my experience I had this morning at Starbucks. I was treated very poorly by the store manager, Jennifer. I don’t remember her last name, but to give you the details, she was running the shift on Sunday morning, August 25, 2024. I was on the phone with one of my clients and asked them to hold for a second so I could place my order. When I asked Jennifer for my order, she gave me a very dirty look because I am Arab and speak multiple languages, so I have a strong accent. I have been living in the USA, in San Diego, for over 20 years, and I have never felt so discriminated against. Her service was really bad; I even left without leaving her a tip, although I usually try to tip as much as I can. I left because I was shaking and sweating, emotionally hurt, with my heart beating fast. I went back to Starbucks to complain about this incident, and to my surprise, she was the manager. I told her that she gave me a bad look, to which she admitted and apologized. However, I am going to escalate this to the corporate level so they can address this, as having a manager with such an attitude surely leads to losing many clients. I am an owner of a company that sells Arabic oil-based perfumes at the market, with 17 years of experience. I understand the importance of providing good service to clients, and she really needs to learn a lesson. There is a guy there with a nice attitude, always smiling, and providing the best service. You can tell he does his job with love, deserving to be a manager, unlike her, who never smiles. ? Today is Sunday, but tomorrow morning, I will take care of it her apologies are incapable I was heurt emotionally .

I asked for a surprise hot coffee. The guy with the beanie was legendary. The drink i got and service was amazing. Super happy with how it turned out. I would have never thought of ordering a drink like this. It was delicious haha only downside i still dont know what the drink even was. Definitely recommend this.
