my drink came out unlike how it usually comes. we talked to the girl at the register and they didn’t refund or offer to remake it, and just tossed it away. When ordering another drink, I told her exactly like how I usually get it and she said that they can’t make it like that but offered a similar drink even though I order it all the time. Their attitude was indifferent, and not pleasant. The time I ordered 10:26 today.I don’t know the name of the staff but I hope you have more better service with customer.I’m love Starbucks but now this location give me bad day on my vacation day😠

I recently stayed at the Intercontinental for a conference and went to this location every morning for my coffee and lemon loaf. Reggie was always the best start to my day, friendly and chatty! On my last day he asked if we were almost done, unknowingly it was my last day and had the biggest presentation of my life later that morning, Reggie was what I needed that day! So kind and encouraging, he was so great!!!

This Starbucks at the InterContinental has a great team—friendly, helpful, and efficient. There are plenty of drink and food options, and as a vegetarian, I appreciated the effort they made. The falafel pocket is a solid choice, and if it's not available, they’re happy to offer spinach and tomato sandwiches as a good alternative. Great coffee, good service, and thoughtful options—definitely a reliable spot .
