The team working on thanksgiving here at 2 pm were so nice and helpful. I ordered my drinks to the wrong store and the staff were quick to help me and get my drinks out to me. It was a two hour drive here for my family and I. I appreciate the customer service immensely!

I really liked this Starbucks and everyone was really nice to me and my daughter. We also got a super good oat milk espresso. Made perfectly. This isn't the kind of Starbucks where you can use your code to use your credit card with your phone. You can scan the phone to get your points and then use your credit card or cash. I didn't know about licensed Starbucks ( I think that's what the manager called it.). He very kindly explained it to me because I have never understood the difference. It's the same kind of Starbucks as one in a target store would be. I guess you can't use your Starbucks app to pay in those either! I was today years old when I learned that. This Starbucks is super convenient if you're on a cruise. It's just across the street from the port. It is right under Vistal - the restaurant overlooking the cruise port on the 3rd floor of the Intercontinental hotel.

This place is close to the museum and the cruise ship terminal. The staff here are nice. However, there is no wifi, which was quite disappointing.
This Starbucks was conveniently located across the street from my hotel. Friendly staff, quick service but freezing cold inside. Sat outside to enjoy my coffee in the beautiful cool morning of San Diego

This location near the Embarcadero and hotels has a coveted parking turn around allowing you to order ahead, quickly park free, run in, grab your order and get in your car and be on your way. Or you can stroll over, get your drinks, sit on the lawn right outside or continue your stroll on Harbor Drive or into town. Always fast.

Terrible service! Employees have terrible attitudes! I ordered an extra caramel macchiato with extra drizzle! I specifically said extra extra and didn't get much at all. I told the barista to add more please and she literally took my cup and gave it right back to me the way it was and told me to mix it, it's at the bottom! I wish I would've taken a picture. As much as people pay for Starbucks they act so stingy with with their products! Ridiculous and it was mostly milk couldn't even taste the espresso! I rarely write reviews but this was the worst Starbucks I've ever been to! Trash!
