Worst Starbucks ever. Handed me my change and dropped it all in a puddle below my door. Had to pull forward and get out and retrieve soggy bills. Was so angry even missed some. Place closes really early too. Just go down grand a bit further there are more starbucks there avoid this one!

Absolutely worst Starbucks experience I have ever had!!!! And we go to Starbucks often!! Ordered three things and all of them were screwed up! We were driving by and had to park in a different parking lot then walk over for our order, and the NEW employee completely messed up our entire order up to even not knowing how to warm up our pumpkin bread. I called the store and they just gave me corporate number and returned the $13 for the order but the most annoying part was the inconvenience of ordering and the fact that they don’t care to make it right. Avoid at all costs

I would like to recognize this Starbucks location for always being friendly and going above and beyond to help me out with a sticky situation I was in. I wasn’t able to pick up my order and I ended up needing a refund and was really worried about the process. They were really sweet and did not make me feel bad at all, and they are always nice if I ask for a water. They are also very quick with service. They also always do samples inside, which is such a great way for me to learn about new drinks, I might like. This Starbucks location is the greatest of all time.

Starbucks is small portions of food with bland sandwiches with no flavor..small and overpriced. The coffee needs improvement compared to WEST BEAN COFFEE STARBUCKS COFFEE IS TERRIBLE. The bathroom stinks also.

I mean, service is great, and coffee is Starbucks' standard coffee. The thing that I cannot stand is the fact that they don't even have a single seat in here. I needed to wait for something around the store, and that's why I decided to spend time here and surprise! No seating. They do have enough space to accommodate seating.3/5

As always, Starbucks service is great and their Ice Coffee drink is enough to supercharge me in the mornings, but it's not so high octane that if I don't have any coffee during the weekend, I will not develop the typical caffeine withdrawal headache. Two thumbs up! ? ?
...A new impersonal & cold layout from Starbucks , mostly for drive thru. The inside has no table , chairs or power points ( just a thin tall stand only @ table )...It's very difficult to get the right blend of cream & sugar in your coffee ( if they put it in & you can't do it yourself )...The amount of Plastic & waste generated by Starbucks items without biodegradable alternatives is appalling !

Waited 10 minutes in an empty Starbucks. Everyone is as more busy standing than acknowledging the customers. The only person to notice I was waiting was the drive thru cashier!!! Everyone else’s was literally just hanging out and talking. Worse I was charged extra for no ice and was refused my receipt.
