Rarely even open until their listed closing time of noon - which is absurdly early. Why does this place even exist? A waste of taxpayer dollars to have such a limited place here.

My husband juts left here and he brought me literally half a capuchino. He questioned them if they are usually this light and they told him yes. They gave him half a cup of coffee with so much sweetener in it. These coffees are not cheap and to not take the time to even look and verify that it was prepared correctly is ridiculous. Mistakes happen I understand but this location is very rude to customers.
