After an unmercifully long wait to reopen/replace/Haggen/Albertson's, this store is dismal. The quality of these employees leaves a lot on the shelf. The store lacks friendliness along with fresh vegetables, 2% milk, bulk mushrooms, sausages on weekends and generally bare shelves at times when most people shop. I love that this a brand new and fancy Vons and close to home. But I was highly disappointed by the lack of customer service at this store. I was wanting to get a cake and waited at the bakery for over 10 minutes. Two associates were there in the back but they ignored me. I went to the customer service counter and had a supervisor come with me to the bakery to show him the lack of customer service I was getting.
