I am a regular here at this Starbucks & let me just start by saying this is the best Starbucks in all of San Diego!!!! Julio the manager is so warm, professional, friendly & courteous. Always greets me with a smile & knows my name by heart!!! Diego, Vanessa & Millie always know my order & greet me with a big smile! The best here has to go to Haylee!!!! This girl never not has a smile!!! She has always treated me so amazingly! Love this location, i promise you will not be disappointed

Placed an order on the app so I could pick up my drinks inside the store and not be late for work. I get here at 5:10am and the front door is locked even though the store has been opened since 3:30am. I knock and a couple workers see me and just ignore me. I knock again and they tell me to go through the drive through.

Ordered 2 Frappuccinos with extra crunch. Waited in the drive thru for about 10 minutes. The employee at the window was not friendly, did not smile or greet me. When I got home I noticed the fraps didn’t have extra anything. So that was disappointing.

I’ve always come to this Starbucks and before it wasn’t bad but Everytime I go now they never make my brown sugar shaken espresso right. It’s either too strong of coffee and watery or too much milk and taste nothing like the drink. It’s disappointing when ur spending money on a drink.

Food and atmosphere are very basic, nothing bad to say but definitely nothing good either. Service was bad taking forever dealing with orders than addressing customers. Was easier to place the order before or when entering since it'll still be faster than waiting for service.
