This location never gets my drink right not even a simple Carmel frap very disappointing because it’s such a convenient location. I’m always so dissatisfied with my drinks.

Precious Battle

I would love to give a five star rating to this location. This is my go to Starbucks and I have never had an issue Until today. This is supposed to be a Military family store, but to be rude to people in uniform is astonishing to me. Although it doesn’t make us Better than anyone by any stretch, but to advertise Military friendly and not respect Our time is a bit insane to me. 99.9% of this staff is absolutely wonderful and friendly and work very well under busy conditions… However, today the person who made Majority of the drinks had a real snobby attitude and no sense of urgency for the people waiting to grab their order so they could go to work. I appreciate the young lady who offered me an apology, but she shouldn’t have to apologize for the mannerisms of others…, but I do respect her for that and appreciate it! To the young lady, whose attitude didn’t fit in with the rest of the staff, I do hope your day gets better and you’re just a tad bit nicer to the customers. Putting my drink almost out of reach was unnecessary, Especially since you knew it was my cup I was waiting on. Myself and another gentleman just wanted to know if our drinks were ready because the board said so and we were in a bit of a hurry (politely I might add)

First time at this location today and biggest disappointment is no outlets for charging. Place was pretty messy as in trash all over the floor and the tables as well.

They do have a back room area that looked like it had outlets at the bottom of the seating but you have to reserve it for 6 or more people.

One good thing I can say is the bathrooms don’t require a code. Overall 2 ⭐️

Parking is difficult and the drive thru is hard to get in and out of so most times I park at the Post Office and walk over.

Service is excellent and so are the food and drink options.

Quick and fresh.

Glad the renovation is done. This is my go to Sbux when in the area.

I order my drink a specific way so it comes out right (light coconut milk). While ordering from here when I picked up my drink, it was all coconut milk. I was in the drive thru so I didn't want to hold up the line by asking to have it made correctly.

Was not going to make this review, but haven’t been contacted yet after three days.
Went for a black coffee and a chocolate croissant Monday morning at around 6:50 in the morning. Long story short, the lid wasn’t closed all the way, which made me drop the HOT COFFEE all over the side of my leg, car front seats, center console, and documents I had with me. “Thankfully” I don’t drink my coffee super hot, so this happened as I had arrived to work and exiting my car and not immediately after I received the coffee.
Called them and they made me speak with a shift supervisor who proceeds to tell me “yeah, our lids are not the best” and that she was going to give my information to her GM.
This time it was me, but is this going to be the same behavior to someone if he/she suffers burns? I’m not the kind to complain, but Starbucks: Do better, keep your word if you’re actually going to contact me or don’t say anything at all.
I’m just thankful that I had shorts underneath my pants, and that I only had to deal with an irritated skin

Reopened after remodeling. Didn't go in (went after hours). Good coffee, very friendly staff, and reasonably prompt service. There's a reason why it's my favorite shop!

Well deserved renovation! This starbucks was one of my go tos from the start but now it might be one of the best I've come to. Plenty of seating, coversation corners and now even a conference room. Check it out!

It looks nice after they construction. Tip using the restroom is a 2 person job because the lights cut out at 2 mins. So you’ll need someone to keep turning it on
