I had a very bad experience at this Starbucks location. I ordered 6 coffees through the drive-thru, and one of them was supposed to be a chai latte with no extra sugar. Unfortunately, they added extra sugar and it was extremely sweet, which I did not want.
When I told the employees that the drink was incorrect and asked them to take it back, they refused to change it or refund it. Instead, they told me I needed to go back around and reorder again. Their behavior was very rude and unprofessional.
I ended up paying for a drink I could not even drink — I had to throw it in the trash. This was very frustrating, and I will never try this again with Starbucks. Very disappointing service.

During my visit, when I inquired about my mobile order, a staff member raised their voice at me, and the male child in the photo laughed at the situation. Additionally, staff members were observed delaying service and mocking other customers, which is completely unacceptable. All relevant details, including inappropriate behavior towards customers, have been recorded for thorough review. Immediate action and a formal response are expected regarding this matter.

I ordered a drink online and after a minute I took a seat inside, past the time I realized all mobile orders were being called except mine, 18 minutes after ordering I asked the cashier about my order and she told me order was in progress, I proceed to ask again after 32 minutes waiting and the weren’t making my order yet, ended up waiting 40 minutes for my drink. The cashier was nice and even try to fix it giving me a $4dll gift card but honestly with today’s prices that’s not even enough to buy a tall drink for my wasted time.
