You should shut this Starbucks down because your employees suck along with the crappy service. The employees that can't get orders right need to be fired...it's all bs. Also your responses to reviews are uncaring and phoney....who is the manager at this store??

Best Starbucks I’ve been coffee every day. Manager Ricky and his staff, friendly and proficient. Excellent service and cleanliness above and beyond. Traveling the states and frequently visiting other Starbucks, this is my favorite.

Jess and Leilani were very unprofessional. They were making my drinks and all I can hear is them bringing down another one of their teammates. I would consider this location to be friendly but with the lack of professionalism amongst each other the customer service speaks volumes.

The lack of coordination and professionalism at this location is beyond bleak. Considering this is one of the few Starbucks in the San Diego Metro area, the team could use some refreshers on how to run a functional line. If you can, order ahead or walk to the Starbucks on Broadway.

My first problem at this place happened when they taped several photos of dogs that had clearly been abused in the store, but that was a while back.Yesterday I stopped in and ordered a latte - about 5 pm - and was charged almost 8 dollars. The cashier had left herself a tip with my bank card. No, I just paid and left without saying anything.

I didn't give a high rating because they no longer had paninis to eat, they are low on inventory. But the service and the drinks are very good.

Jesse is the best. He always has a smile and is super kind. Coffee is good like any Starbucks, but what makes it better is the people.

This Starbucks is very small. Plan for Grab and Go ONLY, as there is no seating and there aren't any restrooms either!

Small and set-up for take-out. Friendly baristas. My drink was made perfectly with my customization. I didn't order food today. Im happy.I go exclusively to Starbucks that are stand-alone. I refuse to buy in grocery stores because baristas are not considered Starbucks employees, so it's a terrible deal for baristas.

I come to this location pretty much every day and order the same thing. My order has been the same for a long time, ordered in lots of locations across America, and across the globe. Always the same, never an issue. Not sure if it was a new manager or what but this person each time I get to them in line at this location I leave and notice my cup is only half full. I go back and ask for them to put in more and they wanna charge me another 5 dollars for the milk. Pretty absurd that adding milk costs more than the entire drink I order…. Anywho… my recommendation is to order from another location than this one. Hope this helps.

The Starbucks offers a pleasant coffee experience with its consistent quality and friendly service. Its central location makes it a convenient spot for a quick coffee break or a casual meeting. While it ticks most boxes for a great café experience, certain aspects like parking availability and dietary options have room for improvement.
Vegetarian options: The café provides a decent selection of vegetarian options. From classic pastries to more substantial sandwiches and salads, vegetarians have a variety of choices to accompany their coffee.
Dietary restrictions: Starbucks generally caters to various needs, but the options can be limited
Parking: Given its downtown location, parking can be a bit of a challenge. There are nearby options, but they might not always be convenient, especially during peak hours. Planning ahead for parking is advisable.
Kid-friendliness: This Starbucks location is welcoming to families with children. The casual and relaxed atmosphere makes it a comfortable spot for parents to enjoy their coffee while their kids indulge in some of the café’s sweeter treats.
Wheelchair accessibility: The café is located on the ground floor, making it easily accessible for wheelchair users. The layout inside is spacious enough to navigate a wheelchair, ensuring a comfortable visit for everyone.
