If you advertise you close at eight then close at eight. Don’t lock the door at least several minutes before eight. I drove to you quite quickly to make sure I got there well before eight and your doors were locked in my face. I saw you standing there and you saw me standing there and you just ignored me.

AIZA is my girl omg that’s why I am a regular here. I love the new banana foam matcha lattes. Tell me why it complements the matcha so well with the oat milk substitute included too. Def a weekly crave that I need to satisfy!

Was a regular at this Starbucks for years, today was my first visit since then. Girl who still works there took my order, I said how have you been, she ignored me. I asked for coffee in my frap, they asked if I wanted coffee in my frap. I asked for whipped cream they asked if I wanted whipped cream. Cold experience altogether.

Employees do not respect the order in which customers are coming in, even after placing an order for your coffee the staff will still skip customers at random when handing out drinks.

Don't expect to sit down
Overpriced coffee, limited location features, and lack of care for providing a great customer service experience. Quite possibly paying customers get a backlash for the countless homeless nearby taking dumps. The problem is they treat their customers like their environment. Location needs a makeover from leadership-to-employees. Certainly doesn’t represent a billion dollar brand.

You should shut this Starbucks down because your employees suck along with the crappy service. The employees that can't get orders right need to be fired...it's all bs. Also your responses to reviews are uncaring and phoney....who is the manager at this store??
