I just placed an order through DoorDash that was routed to this Starbucks location. Starbucks was out of the item that I ordered. No problem, it happens. However, Rather than cancel the order and not waste everyone’s time, this is what this store decided would be appropriate to have delivered. (see photos).

Based on their reply to this reviews, I can see why this Starbucks provides such a lack of customer service.
Of course DoorDash can help, and they did. They canceled the order, Which is what Starbucks should have done. Starbucks could have canceled the order themselves or they could’ve called me directly to ask about any desired replacement. They could have done several things rather than have sent a bag of nothing.
Do Better Starbucks.
Love their butter croissant and hot chocolate. Easier drive through. Amazing staffs who makes the day.
Sam was great he helped me out with kindness and made my drink quickly great staff and really solid location will definitely come back
Bad experience in this place I call nicely my Oder to be right from door dash and she put a rude note on my coffe I don’t appreciate they didn’t even make it right

Customer service was just fine
But when I walked inside just to ask for 2 venti Iced waters , they said they will have it right away. It was “suby” another person named “miki” or “mik” something like that
I looked at his name after I said have a good day man .
Anyways I was there waiting for the next 5 minutes and I understand people want their drinks too but all I asked was just for 2 iced waters . I get it their doing their sweet time but it’s literally just water bro.
I’m a motivated worker , I like being flexible and multi tasking, but I don’t know , I was just in a hurry for work but never coming here again.

This Starbucks has such an odd location. There is only one way in, but the way to get out is not close. There is a drive-thru though, and they have mobile order.

This was my first time ordering from this location. Went here to order a LG dragon fruit juice for my mom about 10-20 mins ago. The lady at the cashier was very friendly, but the guy who made my drink who’s name is “Zay” was not so friendly. I called in to make sure to get his name. No acknowledgement from this guy, no thank you. Nothing. He greeted every single person after me, but did not acknowledge me whatsoever. And it’s obvious as to why. You should train your employees to treat EVERY SINGLE PAYING CUSTOMER with respect and kindness, regardless of any perceived differences. I don’t know this guy and he doesn’t know me, which is an issue for me, because I have done nothing wrong. You shouldn’t treat people with horrible customer service or choose not to greet certain people because of who they are and what they look like. I’ll be sure to tell my friends and family about this location.

This store stays FREEZING during the winter. Very unwelcoming. Thankfully the baristas are super friendly - Starbucks stop being so cheap. ;)
