Ashley, Amy, Isac, Jojo and Gibs are all amazing. Then there’s Jen. She was extraordinarily rude to me. Someone like that should not be customer facing. I don’t feel welcome when she’s there. I don’t think I’ll be coming back anymore. I’ve never encountered someone who seems so unpleasant like Jen.

Awful service. I came here around 7:30 am. Ordered the potato bites inside, the girl who took my order did not even take my name and have an attitude super early, then they just left my food on table without calling my order. When i got to my car my food is burnt on top and potato was a little raw inside.

I ordered caramel macchiato, It was way too sweet and I couldn’t drink it. I asked if they could change it, but they refused, which was disappointing. When I mentioned the drink was too sweet, the staff responded with “Ooo, you drink lots of it,” instead of offering to help. It felt rude and made the experience worse. I expected better from Starbucks.

I went through the drive through around 8:30p.m at night just to get an ice water and they said i have to buy something in order to get water. They still gave it to me just as exception.. I thought that was really odd.. and first to hear that.

Another time they wrote cute notes on the drinks & bags. Such a small thing but the added joy & kindness made day.
