I’m a local and used to come here often, but today was a disappointment. I asked for a cup of water with ice and was told I had to make a purchase. I then asked to use the restroom and got the same response. I was sweaty from a workout and just wanted to quickly get some water (which is required in the state of California). I get that stores have policies, but refusing a simple cup of water and a quick bathroom use, especially to a regular, felt really unfriendly, rude, and out of step with basic community care. I left and won’t be returning ever again. Hoping management rethinks this approach.

Viva Drive-Thru I’m under the impression—though I won’t generalize—that there’s a trend brewing here. Each time I order directly at the counter, I feel like I’ve walked into the wrong party. It’s as if some staff think, ‘Why bother helping when the app can do it for us?’ Maybe they’ve started a secret club: Order Online or Else.
But seriously, thank you for the prepaid card option—it’s a lifesaver. Now I can order online, avoid the counter, and skip feeling like I’ve interrupted someone’s coffee break.
