This one needs more than one barista during the morning shift. The few times I come here, there is only one barista taking orders and making all the drinks. Management needs to staff more than one barista in the morning. The baristas have always been friendly and they do the best they can to manage all the drink orders. However, there is only so much that one person can handle. The last time I was there, there was a huge line and customers were becoming angry at the wait time and complaining about drinks, etc. It was totally unfair for the employee. I literally almost left because I felt bad she was so overloaded.

Just visited 08/05 at 6:15pm. Worst service I’ve ever received at a Starbucks. Male barista annoyed to see us come in and had a bad attitude. I asked him if he was okay and he doubled down. The encounter made us very uncomfortable and we left without completing our order.

This Starbucks is inside Vons. However, I was served by a person called Aiden, who was not only polite but in spite of just shutting down, made my coffee and was willing to customize my drink.
