Atmosphere sucks in my opinion. The only Starbucks I know that doesn’t have plug outlets to charge your devices. Not good for doing your work or school work.

Ah, Starbucks, where the coffee is warm, but the welcome is ice cold. The cashier looked at me like I had personally inconvenienced her by showing up. No greeting, no small talk—just a silent demand that I feel guilty for being there.
The best part? When I added another item to my order, she practically threw a tantrum, slamming the barcode scanner on the desk. Such passion! Such dedication to making customers feel... unwelcome.
If this is the new Starbucks experience, I must say—what a bold direction! Keep up the great work in redefining customer service.
Went there yesterday and maggots and unknown insects found in the ice. I called and asked to speak with the manager to inform them and was told the manager is busy and they will call you back. No returned phone call. They seemed to also not care when I informed them they may have an insect infestation in their ice maker. I will be opening a Health department case for everyone’s health and safety.

More and more waiting time. Less personalized service, I was the ONLY ONE in the store and had to wait about 20 min for simple cold brew... The worst is that they saw me and completely ignored ... I understand that ell orders should be done as received, but come on... I am right there, by myself in the empty store!!!? I am really considering quit Starbucks

I like this location, mainly for its outdoor seating. I tried a new Dark Roast ("Milano something something") 😊 ... it was quite good !! 👍🏼
The only (small) thing I didn't like on this visit was that I got a slice of "Pumpkin something" cake & it was good, but they don't have paper plates -- only ceramic or similar that you can only use inside the store. Ergo, if you go & want to sit outside, as San Diegans do, I guess it's BYOP if you're planning to eat. 😂

I went here to buy coffee this morning, and I was third. The staff named Kenny talked and laughed and greeted the two guests in front of him. When it came to me, I asked him to ignore me and didn't smile at me. When a lot of people behind me come to order! Kenny began to laugh again. Because the one behind me is white. Until the next order was an Asian, he stopped smiling and didn't say hello. Asians don't want to go to this store! Severe discrimination against Asians. It's disgusting. Isn't the United States a free and equal country?

Grumpy and rude employees will greet you at the counter. If they add more than two drops of milk to your coffee, there will be an extra charge. Stirrers, napkins and sugar are placed behind the counter--you have to ask a grumpy employee to give you everything you need. Not coming back any time soon.

It’s 11 am and super slow - no drive thru and a quiet store - and still running 15 min behind on orders…. Not sure how - there are 4 employees at the counter - they’re just super slow.Enjoy!
