Too many other stores close enough to waste your time here i waited for 7 minutes for my drink then went to write a review because the whole reason i made an online order was so that it was ready quicker then I see the review of maggots so I go up to get a refund and they had just started my drink so I ask for the refund and instead of putting it on my card that I used they gave me Starbucks credit as if anybody wants their shit back in credit. So now instead of having almost 10 whole dollars to spend on things I actually need I just have to wait until I can go to a clean Starbucks. genuinely one of the worst stores I have been to and I have been to all the stores in the area and other states this is the WORST store I have been to my entire life.

Fairly large starbucks, plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, great air conditioning when its hot out.
Lots of parking available, but it still gets busy. Open later than most for indoor orders.

Connor is not a good worker he’s too delicate for no good reason honestly you can’t even take a Snapchat story of your coffee without him complaining about you recording, if you have the right to record police for legal rights/reasons then you should be able to record a dmn coffe shop

I don’t recommend this Starbucks unless this manger supervisor Conner is fired he’s is rude unprofessional I used to work at Starbucks target Starbucks in New Jersey this employee manger should resign be fired Brandon did nothing wrong I stand with him he’s a great person when the employee said you can’t film in Starbucks that’s not true Brandon said he would not film anyone or the employee only himself & the employee still would not serve him is wrong like Brandon said people film inside of Starbucks Snapchat TikTok reels & he still wouldn’t let him film he’s filming his order to put on people “hey guys I’m at Starbucks so you’re going to order this drink with these ingredients now we are going to try it etc” the employee said that’s Starbucks policy no it’s not he needs to resign or get fired definitely doesn’t follow Starbucks green apron rule & here in New Jersey I go to many Starbucks & film the employee are chill cool they like it when people come in & film I always do they don’t care & I always talk to them I order my food drink while I wait I talk to them even after I get my drink & food I still talking sometimes when I order my drink I forget to say vent or add cold foam on top & I say how much do I owe you since they fixing it they are soo sweet they change it for free every single one I go to has friendly staff here warm welcoming people I’m so sorry this happened to you Brandon come to New Jersey I’ll go with you to one of my favorite Starbucks we can film no problem as a foamer barista I would hope people are coming in filming it’s a good thing for them there followers to try put them on to new things & they are showcasing Starbucks both great things.

I never leave bad reviews, but this Starbucks experience was unbelievable in the worst way. I stopped in for my usual iced latte before work, and the manager on duty, Conner, treated me like I was an inconvenience just for placing an order. No smile, no greeting, just a sharp “What do you want?” And had VERY big attitude, like I’d interrupted his day.
I politely asked if they had oat milk, and he rolled his eyes and said, “It’s on the menu—can’t you read?” I was stunned. The whole point of Starbucks is that friendly, welcoming vibe, but instead, the energy here was cold and hostile. Meanwhile, I watched another customer spill their drink and instead of offering help, Conner just told them to grab napkins from the counter.
As a former Starbucks barista myself, I know how important it is to create a warm environment for customers—it’s literally part of the Green Apron values. Every Starbucks I’ve been to has been friendly, chatty, and happy to see customers walk in. This store was the exact opposite.
I won’t be coming back to this location unless major changes are made. Conner either needs serious customer service training or should step down. Starbucks should be a place where you leave with a smile, not wondering why you bothered to walk in at all.

0 STARS ! I DO NOT RECCOMEND THE SUPERVISOR WHO REFUSED TO SERVE BRAWADIS FOR RECORDING HIS ORDER AND NOT THE CUSTOMERS NEEDS TO BE FIRED FOR A POWER TRIP. THE VIDEO IS ON YOUTUBE WASTING TAX PAYER DOLLARS ON COPS. CLEARLY THAT SUPERVISOR HAD AN EGO TRIP.

These guys treat the customer based on color - I felt staff shows very discrepancy ..noticed they completely ignore if you are not white . Avoid this

I asked for less ice in my drink and 2/3 of the cup was ice. It’s almost like they gave me more ice just because I asked for less. I paid $6 for this.

This is the BEST Starbucks location. Matt was soooo lovely and very welcoming. The drinks are also made with LOVE. Even though there’s no drive thru it’s still worth getting my starbies here
