Stirrers, napkins and sugar are placed behind the counter--you have to ask a grumpy employee to give you everything you need. Not coming back any time soon.

It’s 11 am and super slow - no drive thru and a quiet store - and still running 15 min behind on orders…. Not sure how - there are 4 employees at the counter - they’re just super slow.Enjoy!

The busiest Starbucks I've ever been.Drinks were just sitting out, ready to be picked up. Staff could care less if you drink your coffee hot or cold or if you get your coffee. The Barista would announce your coffee once, and that is it! If you missed that chance, you wouldn't know unless you've been waiting for over 5 mins.Call out the name out loud!!! When you have a down time, please call out all those names on those drinks. It's better to get a tray and ask people sitting outside =) ? Please serve them well. Starbucks pays good and offers pretty good benefits, please represent them well!

Used one of 2 gift cards and cashier named ayana (w/ glasses) said one was empty so she tossed it. I was fine with it till i checked my receipt & it said i still had 3$ left on it i asked what they could do to resolve then "supervisor" named chelsea said they cant do anything about it. I understand if she at least tried to figure out the problem but she continued to saying " sorry have a good day" doesnt sound much like a supervisor to me if the associates are not being properly trained for little problems like these.

i normally only come here to grab something for breakfast but decided to get a drink, first thing i noticed is someone that works there standing by all the drinks, then i realized he was putting his hands all over the lids, cups, where people are drinking from? then he walks over to the food pickup spot, takes them to the pick up counter and literally threw them... i probably won't ever come back considering i spend $12 to get coffee i don't want to drink after having hands all over it. Also, he was too wrapped up in conversation to give me my drink which he was holding onto for a few minutes.

i think this starbucks is a great place to study, someone mentioned how the desks are the right size to study and it's so true. it gets pretty busy since the comm college is nearby but there's also outdoor seating which can be nice during the warm or cool weather. i would recommend going before 12 if u wanna skip the student study rush or making a back up plan in case all the seats inside are taken and u don't wanna study outside. barns and noble is also a great alternative but it also gets busy, but a lot of ppl quickly come and go so not to hard to grab a seat!

This place sucks. This is the third time they’ve messed up a brown sugar espresso. It’s all milk. They take no pride in their work and it shows in their attitude and drinks.
